FIG. 4 is a back view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a top view thereof.

The broken lines in FIG. 1 illustrating a chain and heart shaped pendant depict environment and form no part of the claimed design. All other broken lines depict portions of the jewelry accessory that form no part of the claimed design.
