The appearance of the animated graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-5. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design. The outer broken line showing of a display screen or portion thereof forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines showing portions of the animated graphical user interface form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface for a vehicle, as shown and described.
