Description

FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of an underwear assembly showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 is a left-side elevation view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a right-side elevation view thereof

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The invention pertains to an ornamental design for an underwear assembly. The underwear assembly is shown in FIGS. 1-8. In FIG. 1, the underwear assembly is shown with an inner layer of the underwear assembly positioned within an outer layer of the underwear assembly. In FIGS. 2-8, the underwear assembly is shown with the inner layer turned inside-out from the outer layer. The solid lines represent the bounds of the claimed design, whereas those features shown in broken lines, including the outer layer shown in FIG. 1-8, a button of the outer layer of the underwear assembly as shown in FIGS. 1-3, 6, and 7, and an access flap of the outer layer of the underwear assembly as shown in FIGS. 1-3, 6, and 7, a rear seam of the outer layer as shown in FIG. 8, a rear seam of the inner layer as shown in FIGS. 2, 7, and 8, and a shape of an access hole defined by a front of the inner layer as shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, form no part of the claimed design. With the exception of the rear seam of the inner layer, the broken lines are shown in an alternating pattern of shorts dashes and long dashes. The rear seam of the inner layer is shown in a pattern consisting of only long dashes to distinguish the rear seam of the inner layer from the access hole in the front layer when the rear seam of the inner layer is visible through the access hole in FIGS. 2 and 7. Though the shape of the access hole is not claimed, the access hole itself is claimed, as evidenced by the ability to see portions of the rear seam of the inner layer through the access hole in FIGS. 2 and 7.
