Description

FIG. 1 illustrates a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface (GUI), wherein parts of the GUI are shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes; and,

FIG. 2 illustrates a front view of a second embodiment of the GUI set forth in FIG. 1.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, the solid lines illustrate the claimed ornamental design. The broken lines showing an electronic device illustrate environmental matter, whereas the dot-dash broken lines showing a display screen and regular broken lines within showing elements of the graphical user interface illustrate portions of the article. No subject matter depicted in broken lines form part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
