The dashed hatching, dotted hatching, and tonal shading are included for the purpose of illustrating a contrast in appearance and form a part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the image transitions sequentially between the images shown in FIGS. 1-19. The process or period in which an image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

We claim the ornamental design for a computer screen with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
