1.3 is an enlarged and partial elevation view thereof for area marked as C-D in 1.1;

1.4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

1.5 is a top plan view thereof;

1.6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

1.7 is a right side elevation view thereof;

1.8 is a left side elevation view thereof;

1.9 is an enlarged and partial cross-section view thereof taken along line E-E in 1.2 and showing only the end face at the line E-E in 1.2; and

1.10 is an enlarged view of the area F-F in 1.9.
