Description

The FIGURE is a front view of a vehicle display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface showing our new design.

The broken lines showing the display screen and portions of the graphical user interface, including the small arrowhead features which are unable to be clearly depicted in broken lines, are used to illustrate portions of the article; all broken lines and arrowhead features form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a vehicle display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface, as shown and described.
