    Abstract: A snap-on golf towel including a towel body, female snap and logo patch. The female snap is secured to the golf towel so as to provide means for securing onto a male snap generally located on the outer surface (top cuff) of most traditional golf bags. The snap arrangement thereby provides a convenient method of attaching and detaching the golf towel to/from the golf bag as desired. The female snap further includes a first grommet interlocked with a second grommet through a hole which is punched in the towel body. The logo patch is secured to the towel body so as to cover the first grommet, which, when interlocked with the second grommet forms the back side of the female snap. The second grommet includes the female snap portion. The logo patch provides a media on which advertising or other indicia may be placed to allow the golfer to personalize his/her golf equipment.

    Abstract: An applicator for lotions comprises two layers of flexible material joined together to form a mitt into which at least a part of a user's hand maybe inserted. One or both layers each comprises a flexible synthetic foam material to the outer surface of which is applied a layer of flock. In use, the user inserts her hand or fingers between the two layers of the applicator and applies lotion to the flock-faced outer surface of the foam layer which is at the front of the hand. The lotion may then be applied to the skin without the user's hand coming into contact with it, and the combination of the flexible foam material with the layer of flock enables the lotion to be applied smoothly and easily over a large area.

    Abstract: A device for roughening the worn or smooth grip of a golf club or other handled item includes a flat plate member with an aperture therethrough. A plurality of sharp-tipped serrations extend around the periphery of the aperture, with the tips defining a circular line that has a diameter greater than the maximum diameter of a grip at the free end thereof. Adjacent serrations define a valley therebetween. In use, the plate member is clamped in a bench vise and the grip, still affixed to its golf club, is moved through the serrated aperture with a radially directed force being applied thereto so that the serrations will cut a series of grooves into the material of the grip. Preferably the grip will be rotated and moved reciprocally through the serrated aperture so that a random pattern of grooves is cut into the grip, thereby restoring the grip to a condition that approximates its original textured surface.

The bottom plate has perforations therethrough for allowing fluid to drain to the bottom of the bucket from the mop head when the mop is wrung.

The pressure wheels (23) urge the sponge-like material (16) against the roller (22) which expels liquid progressively from the material (16) as the latter moves across it.

    Abstract: The vacuum cleaner includes a hollow canister, one end of which is closed by a removable cap to permit removal of debris from within the interior. The canister is separated into two compartments, one defined by the first end and a hollow rigid conical filter disposed in the interior. The filter has a base adjacent to the inner wall throughout its extent and tapers toward the second end of the canister. The filter further has openings too small to allow debris such as cigarette and cigar butts, excrement of animals and birds and the like to pass therethrough but large enough to allow smaller debris to pass. A second compartment is defined by the filter and a relatively flat filter having openings smaller than that of the conical filter. Both filters extend across the interior such that all air which travels through the interior must pass through the filters. An intake hose admits debris-laden air into the first compartment and an exhaust discharges air from the second compartment.

The severing blade's teeth engage the wires, pull them free from the bale, and coil them around a spool that is coaxial with the severing blade and attached thereto.

The forward end of each V-shaped protrusion is kept off from the slopes of the corrugation ridges, and therefore is not broken under a bending moment.
