  • Patent number: PP11635
Abstract: A new and distinct variety of shrub rose plant is provided which forms at a low frequency per shoot attractive medium red blossoms that tend to fade to rose pink when fully mature. The new variety exhibits an upright growth habit with medium green foliage that exhibits medium glossiness on the upper surface, and good winter hardiness. The blossoms are star-shaped when viewed from above and are somewhat flattened with a convex lower portion when viewed from the side. Good resistance to powdery mildew and blackspot have been observed. The leaflets commonly number three or five per leaf. The new variety propagates well by the use of softwood stem cuttings, and is well adapted for growing as ornamentation in the landscape.

  • Patent number: RE36951
Abstract: A method of introducing a leak detection dye into a closed refrigeration system through circulation of the refrigerant. A predetermined amount of the leak detection dye, which is soluble in the refrigerant and the system lubricant, is installed in a component of the refrigeration system, such as in a desiccant bag placed in a dehydrator. The leak detection dye may come in various forms including as a leak detection additive having the leak detection dye implanted on and absorbed into a host swatch of a substrate material, as a powder, as a solid pellet of powdered dye concentrate and inert ingredients, or as a slurry. The refrigeration system is assembled, charged and operated, by which the refrigerant and system lubricant flowing through the component, such as a desiccant bag in the dehydrator, and mixes the dye with the refrigerant and system lubricant.

  • Patent number: RE36952
Abstract: There is a zero power programmable logic device with a one time programmable and fully-testable anti-fuse cell architecture. Specifically, a half-latch and fuse cell circuit allows the PLD to use "zero power" during the standby period since the sense amps are not used to maintain the programmed logic. Additionally, the PLD is capable of being tested for logic gate and logic path integrity, and anti-fuse electrical parameters without permanently programming the anti-fuse.

  • Patent number: RE36953
Abstract: Apparatus for maintaining tension on a ribbon in a printer used for transferring an image, e.g., thermally, from a print head through the ribbon to a print medium. By maintaining ribbon tension and thus keeping the ribbon essentially without wrinkles, print quality is enhanced. This tension maintenance apparatus uses a pair of torqued reel subassemblies with the ribbon extending between and is of particular significance when used in conjunction with a label stock as a printer medium when the printer mechanism bidirectionally moves the label stock to assist removal of labels from its backing. These torqued reel assemblies are sufficiently loaded such that ribbon tension is maintained between these reel assemblies despite this bidirectional movement.
