A plurality of conductive openings and thermal conductive openings are formed on green tapes. A metal paste is filled into the conductive openings and the thermal conductive openings. The green tapes are stacked together so that the metal paste inside the conductive openings and the thermal conductive openings of every green tape is in contact respectively with its neighboring metal paste within the conductive openings and thermal conductive openings of the green tapes. Cofire those green tapes and the metal paste to form a pre-substrate. The pre-substrate comprises an insulating structure, a plurality of thermal conductive plugs and conductive plugs.

Abstract: A set of resin compositions comprising a first resin composition for forming a first resin member which is laser light-weakly-absorbing and a second resin composition for forming a second resin member which is laser light-absorbing, whereby said first and second resin members can be superposed and, from the first resin member side to the interface between the first and second resin members, laser light is irradiated to weld them together. According to the invention, irradiation of laser light produces heat as energy is absorbed by the laser light weakly-absorbing first resin member, such that the temperature of the bonding surface with the second resin member increases to some extent. The second resin member in this state is heated by absorption of laser light and melts, while the first resin member also readily melts, and therefore the resin members at the joint become sufficiently interlocked to form a strong joint.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for laying a floor covering that includes a flexible material containing a thermoplastic wear layer made from, in particular, plasticised PVC. The basic panels that form the covering are glued to the ground and cold welded in between on the site to be covered. After a panel has been positioned and glued to the surface to be covered, a continuous bead of mastic, which is made on the actual site by mixing a hardener and a polyurethane resin in aqueous phase, is applied laterally along the entire depth of the covering. The next panel is positioned on the ground which is covered with adhesive and the lateral edge thereof is pinned against the edge of the preceding panel comprising the bead of mastic, thereby causing the excess material to come to the surface, where it is removed by simply wiping with water.

Abstract: A product wafer processed by a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus is transferred to a check apparatus for checking, and a result thereof is sent to a host computer. A product wafer determined as being failed as a result of the checking is transported into an empty carrier by a built-in type wafer transport apparatus under the instruction of the host computer. The carrier in which the product wafer determined as being failed is accommodated is regarded as a rework lot by the host computer. Based on manufacturing standard information for rework held by the host computer, rework processing is performed through a wafer manufacturing operation. Therefore, such a semiconductor device manufacturing line results in that the carrier accommodating the product wafer is transferred and handled smoothly.
