Abstract: A new kind of module keyboard for desktop computers that separates keyboard components into two groups. One group of components becomes a detachable and user-serviceable module, while the other group stays as the base module. The detachable module contains essentially the keycap portion that contributes to more malfunctioning of present day keyboard. The base module contains the electrical circuitry membrane and PCB that has longer durability than the keycap portion. Depending on applications, the detachable module can be further broken into more sub-modules. Keyboards manufactured following present invention are modular in nature, and are conducive to reducing the costs for keyboard services and exchanges, costs for curing future environmental hazards and costs for fitting suitable user keycaps for swapping among different languages and computer applications.

Abstract: A ceiling tile system comprises modular acoustic light-emitting modules which can be of a standard size to be fitted into a hung ceiling or other ceiling system in conjunction with similar acoustic light-emitting modules or conventional ceiling tiles. Each acoustic light-emitting module includes a backing panel, a cover, and a rigid spacing member extending between the backing panel and the cover, with solid state light-emitting elements such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs) arrayed within each module. The cover may be made of fabric including metallic threads to enhance the diffusion of light. In one embodiment, two arrays of LEDs are provided on respective modules. The arrays may be driven independently or together. The LEDs provide shades of white light or colored light, as desired. The cover and lighting elements may be readily removable from the backing panel for ease of maintenance.

The lamp seat is communicated with the concave portion of the main body. A light source is installed on the lamp seat for projecting light to the concave portion of the main body. When light emitted from the light source is projected to an inner surface of the concave portion, the light is reflected from different portions of the concave portion. When a viewer views the three-dimensional concave sculpture from different viewing angles of the show window, the three-dimensional concave sculpture will project to the eyes of the viewer with a different image dependent on the viewing angle of the viewer.
