  • Publication number: 20050005495
Abstract: A gunsight reticle defines a system of dimensioned indicia spaced at specific separations to improve aiming accuracy of a gun. The indicia may include perpendicularly intersecting center vertical and center horizontal hairlines, and four (or more or less) horizontal range-marker lines disposed at specific angular separations below the horizontal hairline in bisected relationship with the center vertical hairline. Spacing of the range marker lines below the center horizontal hairline is proportional to bullet drop at selected ranges, depending upon ballistic characteristics of bullet used. Relative lengths of said range-marker bars on each side of the central vertical crosshair are proportional to a specific crosswind (say 10 mph) at target range reflected by respective range marker. The method involves employing this reticle to determine distance to target, and using distance thus determined to ascertain a precise aiming point on the reticle.

On an outward lateral edge of a door panel, a keeper projects inwardly toward the door frame to engage a door frame camming surface such as a pin. The bracket may advantageously disengage under a force indicative of impact in order to minimize damage resulting therefrom. Application of the lateral keeper mechanism may further be used on vertically sliding doors and on multi-panel horizontal sliding doors. In addition, a rail may extend from the angled pin to engage the keeper throughout the full travel of the door panel.

Abstract: An abrasive composition comprising non-polymeric organic particles that is useful for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP), and which can widely be used in the semiconductor industry. The inventive compositions preferably comprise soft water in combination with 0.001-20 w/w % of non-polymeric organic particles, 0.1-10 w/w % of an oxidizing agent, 0.05-10 w/w % of a chelating agent, 0.01-10 w/w % of a surfactant, and 0-10 w/w % of a passivation agent at a pH in the range of 2-12, wherein said percentages are w/w (weight/weight) percentages, based on the total weight of said compositions. The abrasive compositions provide an efficient polishing rate, excellent selectivity and good surface quality when utilized as a new abrasive composition in CMP applications.

Abstract: A greenhouse has an exterior curtain wall structure formed by spaced tubular posts carrying external transparent panels and bottom non-transparent wall panels below a sill with the panels spanning the posts. A plurality of elongate benches is located within the interior at spaced positions along one side wall with the width of the benches being equal to the post spacing to form a modular construction. Each bench has associated with it a respective air handling system for conditioning including a duct which is located partly under the respective bench and a fan in a fan housing at the side wall. From the fan a vertical duct section extends to a flexible tube extending over the bench. An alley is arranged along the opposite wall containing electrical controls mounted in cabinets forming panels for mounting in the span between posts. Air dehumidification, fogging, heating and cooling are provided in the duct under the bench.
