Abstract: A modular mask system comprises a frame for fitting over a user's head, and a set of interchangeable mask components. Each interchangeable mask components can be removeably attachable to the frame. Each of the interchangeable mask components is one of a top panel, a side panel assembly, an eyepiece and a nosepiece. The interchangeable side panel assemblies can be different sizes to accommodate the user's face or have different patterns or have different configurations of ventilation holes. The interchangeable eyepieces allow the user to choose from dual lenses and a single shield. The eyepieces can include optically powered lenses, shaded lenses, dual lenses tinted lenses, photochromatic lenses and polarized lenses.

Abstract: The modified head covering has a cap portion that resembles typical head caps, as well as a pouch portion attached to the rear of the cap. This head covering allows a user having long hair to safely conceal his or her hair within the pouch portion at the rear of the head covering. The pouch portion can be cinched tightly into a “sack” or “pouch” shape through the use of a ribbon, an elastic band, or other devices. Once the pouch portion is constricted, the hair is safely concealed and kept off of the nape of the neck. The head covering can be made of a variety of fabrics with a number of patterns or colors. The modified head covering is particularly suited to medical personnel working in sterile environments, but it is useful for anyone with long hair who must conceal his or her hair inside a cap.

Wherein each attachment member comprises a securing member and a locking member, the securing member having a pin for coupling with the locking member, such that the first and second ends of the strap are secured to the hat by the first and second attachment members. Adjustment means are provided for the strap. The strap or any face of a locking member, plate or securing member may include any decorative or advertising indicia including a name and/or logo.

Abstract: A figure defining and contouring garment, which outlines and defines a wearer's body contours in a fashionable and comfortable manner, includes a waistband coupled to a body with a rear tunnel that extends along the inside rear of the garment from the lower rise or crotch area to the waistband and a waistband tunnel that extends through the waistband. A drawstring anchored in the lower rise area extends upwardly through the rear tunnel to the waistband where it transitions to the waistband tunnel through a diverter region in the waistband. The drawstring transition between the rear and waistband tunnels is advantageously hidden within the waistband. The drawstring is used to adjust the fit of the garment by pulling on the drawstring to tighten the drawstring.

Abstract: A garment strap assembly used to hold up an individual's pants by attaching one end of the strap assembly to the waist and then holding the opposite end of the strap in an extended position under the wearer's upper garment. The strap assembly includes an elastic strap with an alligator-style clip attached to its proximal end that selectively attaches to the upper edge of the pant's waist. Attached to distal end of the strap is first magnet. During use, the clip is attached to the waist band and the strap extends upward and under the upper garment a sufficient elevation to exert an upward force on the waist band. A decorative button with a second magnet located therein is placed over the outside surface of the upper garment opposite the first magnet. The first and second magnets are magnetically attracted to securely hold the strap in fixed position under the upper garment.

The device includes a punch at one end, a central body, and a capture port at the other end of the central body. The punch punctures a wall of a fluid container. Drinking fluid flows into the central body. The drinking tube is inserted into the port to allow one to drink fluid from the container. The device allows one wearing a protective suit in a contaminated environment to obtain drinking fluid from a standard, commercially-available container.

Abstract: A dual pane lens assembly is provided which is adapted to be installed into a frame of a goggle. The dual pane lens assembly may include an outer lens, an inner lens positioned proximate the outer lens, and a gasket disposed between the outer and inner lens which adheres the inner lens to the outer lens, while further forming an air tight semi-annular space between the outer and inner lenses to mitigate against fogging. Dry dehumidified air may be disposed in the semi annular space to further mitigate against fogging. Also, the space between the lenses may be pressurized to a pressure between the atmospheric pressure of the goggle's expected use altitude and the atmospheric pressure of the goggle's assembly altitude such that distortion is minimized when the goggle is worn at the goggle's expected use altitude.

The display includes a surface imprinted with advertising graphics and/or text, a substantially transparent protective cover and fasteners for securing the display to the toilet seat lid. In some embodiments, the display also includes a frame. The display may be surface mounted on one or both sides of the lid. Alternatively, one or both sides of the lid may have recessed portions into which separate displays are received. Abstract: A waterless-toilet liner has a seat panel adapted to lie atop a waterless-toilet seat and formed with a central hole of a size and shape generally corresponding to a size and shape of the hole of the seat, and a bag having an upper rim secured to the seat panel around the hole therein. This liner is made by first advancing a foil tube to a first work station and forming a cross-seam and cut in the foil tube-to cut therefrom a bag having an open end. Then the open end of the bag is fitted between a pair of foil sheet. An opening is cut through the foil sheets and open end of the bag and the edges of the bag at the opening and there adjacent are bonded to the foil sheets. Then the foil sheets are cut through or perforated downstream of the bag.

The assembly is preferably formed of a UV stable, heavy material for durability. The assembly is designed to be fastened to the coping and pool wall and can be configured to be removed from the water if desired. The assembly can be hinged to allow the step portion to be folded up and out of the water. Several versions accommodate different pool designs, including straight walls, and curved walls, and can be made with adjustable steps to accommodate different size pets and different types of edges.

Optionally, the bench is hinged to a wall adjacent the tub, whereby the bench can be pivoted up against the wall for storage. Preferably, the backrest can be folded for storage. A container can be used to store the backrest in a tasteful manner. According to a further concept, two persons can relax in one bathtub with one person sitting in a bath chair adjacent one end while the other reclines at the opposite end.

Also, the holder can include at least one of a counterweight system, a dynamic or adjustable counterweight system, or a weight offset from the center of the member.

Abstract: The standing station is used as a patient transfer tool, or as a strengthening tool. The standing station uses a leg abutment pad as a weight bearing surface that allows the patient to semi-kneel during transfers and essentially eliminates the risk of patient falls. The standing station uses an ordinary bed sheet to secure the patient. The standing station's wheel mounts do not extend past the back edge of the standing platform so it has unrestricted mobility relative to beds, chairs, wheelchairs and commodes reguardless of their design.

The percussion device delivers a percussion or vibration at a controlled operating frequency that is preferably slightly less than a resonant frequency located internal to the mattress of the apparatus. With the various weight distributions of a patient, the device is capable of determining the ever shifting resonant frequency via control signals received by a controller from a pressure sensor or accelerometer of the device. Because the operating frequency is slightly less than the natural resonating frequency, energy of the system is conserved. Because the operating frequency is not the controller calculated resonant frequency, wear on the device and potential damage is minimized.
