Abstract: A method for coloring hair with a hair care formulation that is mixed prior to use is provided. The method includes mixing together the components of the hair care formulation as the formulation is dispensed from an applicator having at least one storage compartment for each component. A test amount of the hair care formulation is mixed as it is dispensed and the applicator sealed while the formulation is applied to the user's skin to determine if the skin of the user reacts to the formulation. Subsequently, the applicator may be unsealed and an additional amount of the formulation is dispensed to treat the hair of the user. A kit for use in conducting the method is also provided.

Abstract: A scrub brush-sponge includes a base provided with a recessed peripheral lip, which has a plurality of attenuated regions configured to minimize the resistance of the base to external bending forces, and a sponge coupled to the base and made from polymeric material, which may have as low a PPI as 10. The sponge is configured so that it can effectively surround at least a substantial peripheral portion of instruments or portions to be treated with fluid, which is contained within the sponge, without applying substantial external forces to the base.

Abstract: Disposable cleaning sheets for removing debris from a surface comprise a substrate and a plurality of protrusions affixed to the substrate, wherein the cleaning sheet is removably attachable to a cleaning implement. The protrusions are preferably hook-shaped. The preferred hook-shaped protrusions can be made of certain thermoplastic resins and can have certain geometric configurations. The protrusions can be affixed to the substrate via a variety of process and are preferably affixed to the substrate in one or more zones of the substrate. Methods of removing debris from a surface comprise contacting the surface with a cleaning sheet of the present invention.
