Publication number: 20070012494Abstract: A method for controlling the drive power distribution in a motor vehicle with hybrid drive by controlling the drive power distribution of torques of an internal combustion engine and an electric motor on a common drive train of a motor vehicle with hybrid drive. The conversion of a reference moment to an actual moment takes place almost without delay, in the case of a load point shift and/or in the case of a change in the moment desired by the driver. The delay in the conversion of reference moments into actual moments is calculated in advance by means of a control device, and the electric motor is controlled by the control device in such a manner that the torque differences that occur due to the delay of the internal combustion engine are balanced out by the electric motor.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 12, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventors: Axel Ibenthal, Thomas Proske, Matthias Schultalbers, Stefan Spannhake

Publication number: 20070012497Abstract: Frame bodies for fixing a module in which cells are laminated are arranged around a support holder. A support shaft is attached in a center of the support holder through a bearing. A whole of the frame bodies and the support holder are supported by this support shaft. Hereby, it is possible to reduce inputs of vibration, shock and torsion from the mounting side. The frame body in which heavy cells are arranged is movable relative to the mounting side. Publication number: 20070012507Abstract: A bone-conduction transducer in the form of a band encircling around a head carries piezoelectric elements that excite the head with signals that correspond to speech and/or audio. The head vibrates according to its modes of vibration, primarily of the skull. Direct connection to bones of the skull, such as by implant or extreme pressure, is not needed. Thus, comfort is enhanced, and so is effectiveness. The incoming signal is segmented into frequency bands, one for each of the modes of vibration of the head of interest. For each frequency band, the signal is processed to pass signals to the piezoelectric elements in a particular way to excite the relevant mode of vibration. Thus, sound is sensed by the user through vibration of the head. A head band carrying transducer elements may also be used to sense spoken sound, as a microphone.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 27, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventor: Richard Lyon

Publication number: 20070012537Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydrodynamic torque converter having a driving pump wheel and a driven turbine wheel, which is situated in the housing so it is rotatable, which is attachable to the output shaft of an internal combustion engine, and having a converter bypass clutch which has a piston, which is connected to the housing with the aid of a coupling spring unit so it is rotationally fixed but movable in the axial direction. In order to provide a hydrodynamic torque converter through which the engagement of the converter bypass clutch is improved, the coupling spring unit has flow conduction means, which influence the speed of a flow medium between the piston and the turbine wheel.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 12, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Applicant: LuK Lamellen und Kupplungsbau Beteiligungs KGInventors: Thorsten Krause, Bruno Mueller

Publication number: 20070012538Abstract: A shift control apparatus includes an automatic transmission provided with a first friction-engagement element and a second friction-engagement element; and a friction-engagement element control section configured to control the first and second friction-engagement elements. The friction-engagement element control section includes a target-value setting section configured to set a first target differential speed; a first control section configured to bring a rotational speed difference of the first friction-engagement element gradually close to the first target differential speed; and a second control section. The second control section includes a torque-capacity calculating section configured to calculate a total transfer-torque capacity, and a distribution ratio setting section configured to set a distribution ratio between transfer-torque capacities of the first and second friction-engagement elements.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 10, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventors: Shusaku Katakura, Masaaki Uchida, Yoshinobu Kawamoto, Tomoaki Honma

Publication number: 20070012543Abstract: A large rectangular rotary table includes a fabricated tubular metal frame having top plates for supporting fixtures and large motor vehicle parts. A center portion of the table frame is supported by an annular turret bearing mounted on a base plate spaced above a floor plate by adjustable leveling screws. A drive unit is also supported by the base plate within the bearing and the center portion of the table frame and includes a planocentric gear reducer driven by an electric servo motor projecting above the table. A laterally projecting torque arm is mounted on the output of the gear reducer and is connected to the table frame by a sliding drive pin assembly which prevents radial loads on the gear reducer when the table is indexed. A fluid actuated table locating pin alternately engages a locating seat on each end of the table after the table is indexed.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 14, 2005Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventors: Reginald Kelley, John Vaphiadis
