Publication number: 20070012598Abstract: Water is added to reduce the hydrogen consumption in kerogen conversion. The water is not stripped from oil shale ores, instead up to 10% w/w of water is added in the kerogen conversion at 400-475° C. The recycle solvent for conversion is changed to a high boiling point fraction of the oil, with a minimum boiling point of the order of 245° C. Such repeated recycling of high boiling fraction oil with a hydrogen-donor mid-distillate will remove additional sulphur, oxygen and nitrogen. It improves the quality of the final product oil. Most of the high boiling fraction of the oil will separate from the oil shale ores, at around 450° C. and 650 psig. Then it is reduced to 250° C. at 100 psig before distillation. Such column operates at around 10 to 250 psig, but preferably 50 psig. This improves thermal efficiency by avoiding the need to condense high boiling point vapors. The addition of water provides further enhancement in operating results.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 20, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventor: John Rendall

The mating clamping elements of each pair can be styled as springs pre-stressed towards each other. It is also possible that several pairs of clamping elements are fixed to the support and the clamping elements of adjoining pairs are interconnected. Moreover the rack provides mediums for suspension of the support with the fixed clamping elements, at a certain distance from the ground, for instance in the shape of a collapsible stand or a number of suspension hooks.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 22, 2005Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventor: Marinus Van Eijk

Publication number: 20070012639Abstract: A bag-in-box container rack has first and second side walls, a pair of support bars, spaced apart and parallel to one another, extending horizontally between the first and second side walls, and a plurality of bag-in-box container supports extending between the support bars. The rack has at least one vertical panel having a plurality of flanges that are adapted to slidably support a fluid dispensing component, such as a pump or pump assembly, on the panel; the flanges being made from the same material as the rest of the panel, and being monolithically formed therewith. In one embodiment, the vertical panel is made of metal and the flange portions are cut from the metal forming the panel and bent outwardly to form the flange. The rack can be used in a modular bag-in-box container rack system made from a plurality of substantially identical rack sections stacked vertically on one another. Each container support includes a pair of rails adapted to support a standard size bag-in-box container.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 19, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventor: William Bixler

Publication number: 20070012640Abstract: Systems and methods include unfolding a product bin from a flat configuration to vertical configuration to define a portion of a product enclosure. The product bin comprises a plurality of sections hinged end-to-end in a chain. A free end of a first one of the sections in the chain is releasably connected to a free end of a last one of the sections in the chain with a support member. The support member is fastened to an object such that the plurality of sections and the object combine to define a product enclosure. A plurality of products is placed in the product enclosure.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 3, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventors: Jonah Scholen, David Burghart

Publication number: 20070012641Abstract: The present invention provides a safety device against crane overturning which operates in a crawler crane comprising at least four outriggers in a frame, the safety device comprising a load detector 2 that detects a ground reaction to each of the outriggers, and an alarm output section 4 which calculates sums of detected values for ground reactions to every two adjacent outriggers to find a maximum value of the sums, the alarm output section then comparing the minimum value obtained with a preset preliminary reference value and a preset limit reference value, and outputting a preliminary alarm signal when the minimum value is smaller than the preliminary reference value or outputting a limit alarm signal when the minimum value is smaller than the limit reference value. This prevents safety from being degraded as a result of a change in the working radius of the crane. Further, calculation processes are simplified.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 5, 2004Publication date: January 18, 2007Applicant: Furukawa Co., Ltd.Inventor: Shigemoto Hinata

Publication number: 20070012643Abstract: A baby feeding system of the bottle, nipple, and protective-cap type is disclosed. This system provides a cap for extending the length of a baby bottle and enabling the person feeding the baby to use his/her chin to continue to hold the baby bottle in the baby's mouth when it is desired to use the bottle-holding hand for another activity for a short duration. Additionally, the cap provides for preventing the leakage of liquid from the baby bottle nipple orifice.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 7, 2006Publication date: January 18, 2007Inventor: Robin McKiddy
