Abstract: An apparatus and a methodology 200, 350 for producing a tangible item 120 by the use of a plurality of sectional members, such as sectional members 10 and 14. In one embodiment, each sectional member 14 includes a protuberance 16 and these protuberances are selectively nestled to allow the various sectional members 14 to be connected and to cooperatively form a tangible item, such as tangible item 120. In an alternate embodiment of the invention, a first sectional member includes an opening 12 which receives a protuberance 70 from another sectional member. Other sectional members may thereafter be coupled to this assembly by the use of nestled protuberances, thereby allowing the coupled sectional members to cooperatively create a tangible item.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for manufacturing a steel tube are provided. The apparatus includes: a tube-forming device for forming a steel plate into a steel tube; a heat treatment device connected in-line to the tube-forming device to heat the steel tube to a high temperature; a pre-treatment device for annealing the steel tube and providing a reduction atmosphere; and a plating device including a pot for storing a SeAHLume alloy composed of aluminum and zinc in a molten state, a level block selectively inserted into the molten alloy to adjust a level of the molten alloy, and a plating part into which the molten alloy flows in response to insertion of the level block and through which the steel tube passes substantially vertically. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a steel tube having a plated surface to improve its corrosion-resistance.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a movable contact unit includes manufacturing a movable contact, sticking the movable contact to a base sheet made of insulating resin, and applying demagnetization to the movable contact so that the residual magnetic flux density is smaller than the operation magnetic flux density of the magnetic sensor. In manufacturing the movable contact, elastic metal plate material is processed into a downwardly opening dome shape to form the movable contact. In a method of manufacturing a switch panel, the movable contact unit is overlaid on a wiring board having a contact, including pair an outer fixed contact and a central fixed contact, that corresponds to the movable contact so that the lower end of the outer periphery of the movable contact is mounted on the outer fixed contact.
