Abstract: The Bad News concealment Holster allows a licensed person to use a newspaper in a plastic delivery bag to conceal a handgun for legal self-defense. The handgun will be secured in nylon sleeve holster, by a retention strap with a pull tab release using hook & loop to attach the strap and to secure the holster to the metallic belt. The metallic belt will be placed around a section of the newspaper, for example, the sports section, this is then slid back into the remaining newspaper that is in a delivery bag, and adjusted by the user to allow access to the firearm through the open end of the paper and bag. By using a newspaper to discreetly conceal a legal handgun for licensed self defense, a persons firearm may be accessable but not in plain view as required by many states concealed carry laws. For lagal carry in a vehicle, briefcase etc. the Bad News Concealment Holster will give a legal, licensed person a different and unique option for concealed carry.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided that introduces rapidly spinning vortices in a fluid, including water. It incorporates a fluid system, or fluid source, with a vortex creation apparatus and a frequency generation device. The vortices prepare the fluid to have memorized electromagnetic frequency signatures of harmful materials erased, and a new, desirable signature introduced. The desirable frequency can be introduced though a number of means, such as electricity, sound waves, and magnetic fields, using such devices as power leads, speakers, transducers, and magnets. Frequencies from desirable materials can also be applied by contacting the fluid with the material, such as metallic strands of copper and silver. The desirable frequencies make the fluid an inhospitable environment for the biological contaminants, such as bacteria, algae, and fungi, reducing their numbers in the fluid.

Abstract: A tilt back merchandise display stand has a front panel tilted at the top rearwardly to its rear panel. The stand has two triangular side panel foldable inwardly along two vertical middle fold lines. A horizontal fold line formed at the middle position of the stand so that the stand may be folded into a collapsed condition. A single large rectangular merchandise display shelving or two separate merchandise display shelving may be mounted to the front panel with S-shaped hooks mounted to open mounting slots formed at the top edge and at the horizontal fold line of the front panel. A plurality of separate merchandise display trays with upper L-shaped tabs may also be mounted to the front panel with a plurality of vertical mounting slots formed along its side edges. The display stand is self-erectable with the provision of an elastic cord mounted between a brace panel and the rear panel within the stand.

Abstract: An open topped storage bin and frame system which allows for various widths of storage bins to be interchangeable and allow for each storage bin to pivot from a closed position within the frame to an open position where the open top is exposed outwardly of the frame. The bin may be provided with a lid. The upper surface of the storage bin and lid has a middle forward flat shape and front and rear upwardly curved portions forming stops. The frame includes at least one pair of vertically spaced, horizontal rods. Inward rotation of the bin is arrested when the front upwardly curved portion of the bin and lid comes into contact with the upper rod. Outward rotation of the bin is arrested when the rear upwardly curved portion of the bin and lid comes into contact with the upper rod.

Abstract: A modular rack assembly for storing goods includes a first rack having a base and a plurality of wall portions extending away from the base. Each of the plurality of wall portions is separated from an adjacent of the plurality of wall portions by a space. A lip extends around a perimeter of the base. A second rack is generally identical to the first rack such that, in a first position, the second rack is stackable on top of the first rack such that the first rack engages the base of the second rack in a plane, and the lip of the second rack extends within the plane. A method of transferring heat between atmosphere and chub logs on the rack assembly includes the steps of loading chub logs onto a first rack and then placing a second rack on top of the first rack.

Abstract: A crane mounting system to be used for mounting a crane onto a truck frame utilizes at least two shear plates with an L-shape profile. One part of each shear plate is interposed between a respective frame rail of the truck chassis and a respective end of a transverse mounting bar, while the orthogonal part of each shear plate is welded, at least partially, to the outer side of the respective frame rail. Interior holes on the transverse bars are threaded to accept inner tie down bolts while outer holes are drilled through to accept tie down studs. The shear plate acts as a wear plate/surface as the crane base sits on the transverse bars that in turn nests on the bent plate rather than directly on the chassis frame rail.

Abstract: A crane camera system employs a hook camera transmitter to send wireless signals vertically upward to a trolley receiver, which are then relayed by a trolley transmitter to the operator cabin. This allows line-of-sight wireless transmission of signals from the hook to the cabin to take place reliably without interference from obstructions on the work site. It is especially suitable for a tower-type overhead or boom-type crane. A trolley camera may also be provided for taking look-down images of the hook and transmitting them to the cabin in tandem with the hook camera signals. The hook and trolley camera images allows the operator to see more precisely the positioning of the hook relative to the ground, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of accidents or damaging collisions with persons or objects on the ground.

Abstract: A bottle cap includes a mouthpiece having a dispensing orifice, a collar which extends downward from the mouthpiece to engage the bottle, a cover connected to the collar by a hinge and movable between open position and closed position covering the orifice, and a tamper-evident strap connecting the closed cover to the collar. The strap is hingeably joined to the collar by a lower portion of the strap and connected to the cover by a barbed upper portion. The upper portion cooperates with the cover to retain the strap to prevent manipulation of the strap to open the cover without severing the strap. The strap has a severable mid point which severs when the cover is first opened. When the cover is opened, both portions of the strap remain attached to the bottle and the lower portion swings away from the collar providing visible evidence of prior opening.

Abstract: A method of fabricating a diaphragm of a capacitive microphone device is provided. First, a substrate is provided, and a dielectric layer is formed on a first surface of the substrate. Than, a plurality of silicon spacers are formed on a surface of the dielectric layer, and the dielectric layer is patterned to form a plurality of dielectric bumps. Subsequently, a diaphragm layer is formed on a surface of the silicon spacers, a surface of the dielectric bumps, and the first surface of the substrate so that the diaphragm layer has a corrugate structure by virtue of the dielectric bumps. Thereafter, a planarization layer is formed on the diaphragm layer, and a second surface of the substrate is etched to form a plurality of openings corresponding to the corrugate structure. Following that, the dielectric bumps exposed through the openings are removed, and the planarization layer is removed.
