Abstract: A vertically oriented support frame engages a vertically oriented traveling frame for movement between a retracted position, wherein the traveling frame is positioned in front of the support frame, and an extended position wherein the traveling frame is positioned primarily above the support frame. An electric motor is fixed to the support frame and rotates a drive screw engaged with the support frame while the traveling frame is engaged with the drive screw so as to be moved vertically as the drive screw rotates. Upper and lower limit switches sense when the traveling frame is in the extended position and in the retracted position and send signals to a motor control to stop the motor.

The label holder comprises a front panel, a sign clip, and a shelf mount for securing the label holder to the retail display apparatus. The label holder is formed from an extruded plastic material. The sign clip includes a leg portion and resiliently biases to secure a sign between a leg portion of the sign clip and a front surface of the front panel. The sign clip is integrally connected to the front panel via an integral hinge and pivots relative to the front panel through the first integral hinge between a normal state and a biased state. In the normal state, the leg portion of the clip is positioned proximate the front panel. In the biased state, the leg portion is spaced apart from the front panel and holds a secondary sign therebetween.

During an emergency, the device may be activated automatically by hydrostatic release when the device is inverted or falls into the water, activating a mercury switch with a timing mechanism to fire flares to signal for help.

Abstract: A shotgun forearm-stock shot shell carrier, for storing multiples of shotgun shells and quickly releasing the same for hand loading into a shotgun magazine or chamber. Improved efficiency and speed of loading shotgun shells may be achieved by a shotgun forearm-stock shot shell carrier, which may comprise one or multiple spring-and-follower-tensioned carrier cavities, integrated into a forearm stock having, in one embodiment, a spring steel shell retainer, such that shot shells inserted into a carrier are securely stacked end-to-end and held until the retainer is physically displaced. In one embodiment, manually displacing a thumb tab, such that it is relieved of providing counter pressure to the spring-and-follower assembly, allows the spring-and-follower assembly to force shot shells out of a carrier's cavity for loading into a shotgun or evacuating the carrier.

The pointer comprises a cylindrical housing comprising a forward aperture; a light emitting mechanism in the housing, the mechanism being adapted to emit laser beam through the aperture to impinge on a target; and an adjustment ring rotatably put on the housing, the adjustment ring comprising an outer knurled ring, and an inner cam ring comprising an outer projection secured to the knurled ring, an eccentric bore for receiving a rear portion of the mechanism, and a rear narrow shoulder as a stop. A firearm user can rotate the adjustment ring to adjust the laser beam direction and thus the light spot on the target. The corrected adjustment ring can be fastened. Hence, the invention can aid the eyes to quickly line up the firearm on the target.

Abstract: The invention relates to an actuating element for setting the aim mark of a telescopic sight. According to the invention, the actuating element is rotatbly located on the telescopic sight in the form of a rotary knob and the aim mark is displaced in a vertical and/or horizontal direction by means of a mechanical actuator, when the rotary knob is turned. In addition, the rotational area of the rotary knob is restricted in both rotational directions by at least one working region stop. The rotary knob is detachably coupled to the mechanical actuator. The working region stop(s) can be deactivated, allowing the rotary knob to be turned beyond the working region stop in both directions. The actuating element can be switched between at least three different modes. In mode A, the rotary knob is coupled to the mechanical actuator and the working region stop is inactive.

Abstract: A rod holder mount adapted to hold a fishing rod support mechanism, the rod holder mount having a locking mechanism with an engagement feature positioned on the lateral portion where a stem portion of a fishing rod support mechanism can reposition the locking mechanism to an unlocked state and have it snap back to a locked state at a proper vertical orientation and the fishing rod support mechanism can be removed by repositioning the locking mechanism to an unlocked orientation with respect to the base portion.

Abstract: A reversible fishing lure wherein the lure body is designed in two halves with each half producing a distinct and unique action. Each action depends upon which half of the lure body is the lead half when it is pulled through the water. The lead half is determined by a removable, repositionable line attachment device or pin. The pin has the hook permanently attached to one end and the line attachment hole at the other. The pin and can be removed and re-inserted through either end of the lure body through a channel that runs the length of the lure body. This allows the fisherman to change the action of the lure by simply changing the orientation of the pin within the lure body. The reversible lure allows multiple surface and sub-surface action combinations and allows a fisherman more versatility while carrying fewer lures. One lure, two actions, more fish.

The further additive is preferably selected from carboxylic acids, more preferably fatty acids, and mixtures thereof. The distillate fuel is preferably a middle distillate fuel. The overall fuel composition is preferably an automotive fuel composition, more preferably a diesel fuel composition.

A soil protector is provided including a frustoconical member having an open bottom and an open top. The open bottom of the soil protector rests on the soil in the pot, and the plant grows up through the open top of the soil protector. The frustoconical member prevents access to the soil.

To produce a wall cladding panel which can be easily produced and installed, it is provided that the frame is made as an injected or foamed plastic frame (12, 17) into which elements (11A, 15A) for attachment of the wall cladding panel (7, 8) are integrated.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a hollow multi-wall structural component comprising a plurality of spaced-apart sheets that transmit an incident radiation, and connected with reinforcing members; wherein at least a portion of one surface of at least one of the sheets comprises a plurality of radiation transmission-enhancing elements. Methods for forming the hollow multi-wall structural component are also described.

Abstract: An edge rail for a pane or panel of glass or like material to be used as a door or partition is made of mating male and female rail sections defining a channel for reception of and secure attachment to an edge portion of a pane or panel. The two rail sections have portions thereof cut away and defining a recess or chamber for reception of a door or partition supporting structure directly within the rail and not as an appendage thereto. The edge rail has substantially universal application as either a top rail or a bottom rail and for either a right hand mount or a left hand mount. The rail is relatively small, slim and compact and imparts an esthetically pleasing appearance to the panel assembly.

The strip-form or wire-form closure clip material is pierced inwardly with respect to the U-shape so that a raised material portion is formed at the limb inside.

Abstract: A product packaging system is provided having a series of selector wedges that engage the lower portions of a series of products moving along a product infeed conveyor. The selector wedges separate the products into product groups for loading into product cartons moving adjacent the product infeed conveyor. At approximately the same time the selector wedges are engaging the products, a series of lugs are conveyed by an overhead lug system into engagement with each of the products being engaged so as to help stabilize the products and prevent tipping of the products as they are separated and loaded into their corresponding product cartons.

The thick walls increase the bottle's resistance to pressure, oxygen permeation and heat, over that of traditional bottles. Abstract: An apparatus is provided for manufacturing a cushioning package containing an article to be packaged. The apparatus includes a cushioning sheet forming unit to form a cushioning sheet by heat-sealing flexible elongated resin sheets which are continuously fed in a longitudinal direction and placed one on another in advance in a width direction of the sheet, the cushioning sheet including small sacs. Downstream from the cushioning sheet forming unit, an article storage space forming unit is provided for forming an article storage space by folding the cushioning sheet along a longitudinal centerline. A sheet adhering unit adheres the overlapped cushioning sheets. An article disposing unit inserts the article to be packaged into the article storage space, and an air filling unit fills the small sacs with air. Sequential performance of the above steps achieves efficient manufacturing of cushioning package.

The package is separated from the elongated web of interconnected bags.

Abstract: A method of filling a container with a product. The container may be pressurized. An outer container is provided. Product and/or propellant is disposed in the outer container. An inner container is disposed in the outer container. The inner container expands upon the insertion of product and/or propellant therein. This expansion provides for pressurization of the contents of the outer container, which pressurization is useful for dispensing the contents of the inner container, and/or outer container. This method may be performed in a variety of sequences.

A passageway may be implemented between the upstream chamber and the downstream chamber to accommodate the flow of gases therethrough, while the weephole enables liquid to seep from the upstream chamber to the downstream chamber. In this manner, the weephole reduces liquid pooling in the upstream chamber without substantially compromising the efficiency or performance of the coalescing filter. A drain may connect to the downstream chamber to drain liquid collected therein.

Abstract: A ceramic filter having a honeycomb structure 10 having a large number of cells which are extending in the longitudinal direction and which are alternatively plugged on an exhaust gas G inlet side end face 10a and an exhaust gas G outlet side end face 10b to form plugged portions. The depth of the inlet side plugged portions (filler 16) is formed deeper than that of the outlet side plugged portions (filler 16). Since the exhaust gas G tends to have a decreased turbulent flow and an increased laminar flow on the inlet side, a partial accumulation of Oil-Ash on portions near an outlet side end face can be inhibited.
