Abstract: A method and apparatus for avoiding and or recovering from the latch-up condition in a quantized feedback DC restorer circuit for use in a digital data communication system receiver. An automatic gain control (AGC) circuit controls the level of the received data by comparing the AGC output with a quantized output signal from the DC restorer. A carrier detect circuit detects the presence of data transitions in the quantized output signal, and in the absence of such transitions continuously ramps up the gain of the AGC until such transitions are detected. The carrier detect circuit can be further used to disable, either entirely or partially, the positive feedback path of the DC restorer in the absence of transition in the quantized output signal. The present invention further provides an inherent muting function of the DC restorer output signal in the absence of valid data transitions.

Such aromatic polyamide resin moldings serve effectively as material for film, film for magnetic recording medium in particular, that is highly resistant to scraping and has highly uniform surface protrusions.

A fixing hole is provided on each of the fastening segments, wherein each of the inset segments extending along the inner side of each of the fastening segments with a predetermined interval. The insert segments are inserted into the respective recesses of the extending segments of the lens. Each fixing holes is pushed toward the corresponding wedge portion smoothly and gradually along the slope of the wedge portion until the fixing hole retains the wedge portion firmly. The ski goggles and the headband are thus assembled together and positioned in a prompt and steady manner.

A pump is mounted about the open end of the housing and defines a chamber above the cavity. The chamber is in fluid communication with the cavity and includes a plunger movable within the chamber between actuated and unactuated strokes. The plunger includes at least one aperture in fluid communication with the chamber. The aperture is blocked during the actuated stroke of the plunger for displacing the fluid. The aperture is open during the unactuated stroke of the plunger to equalize pressure within the chamber and the cavity with atmospheric pressure.

Extension of the diaphragm can be reduced by having two diaphragms (55), (56), each providing half the flush volume by their extension. Substantial water saving is enabled. A water pressure actuated valve (35) that is well adapted for application to this device is disclosed.

A tie is disposed between the rotating apparatus and mounting plate and when the tie is pulled, the rotating apparatus revolves. The mounting plate and rotatable apparatus may each include bases having a plurality of notches. After pulling the tie, the notch located on the base of the rotatable apparatus connects with the notch of the mounting plate, thereby preventing further revolution of the rotatable apparatus.

Abstract: The specification and drawings present a new method and a system for organizing and structuring a tool room manufacturing facility for reducing lead time of manufacturing component tooling. Machine tools are grouped into work cells (also called machining lines) specific to a machining process. Each work cell can comprise: a) a number (typically more than two) of machine tools required for a specific machining operation; b) a line storage system for storing pre-fixtured and palletized work pieces; and c) a track mounted robot able to transfer the pre-fixtured and palletized work pieces between the line storage system and the machine tools. The system also comprises a centralized storage system for storing pre-manufactured standard components (work pieces), custom fixtures and pre-manufactured work pallets.
