Air is diverted out of the fan box through an exit tube which attaches to the siphon at a point behind the water trap. A damper door disposed between the exit tube and intake tube prevents stale air from the siphon or sewer from entering the bowl or tank and escaping. The toilet is powered by a simple fan, such as a 12 v/DC fan connected to a power source. The load required to operate the fan is small and can be supplied by a battery to obviate the need for a hard-wired electrical connection. The gripping mechanism and the maneuvering wand cooperate to substantially limited pivotal movement of a longitudinal axis of the fitment post, relative a longitudinal axis of the gripping mechanism to not more than about 0 degrees to about 25 degrees when the fitment post is subjected to forces radial to the longitudinal axis of the fitment post.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 20, 2007Publication date: January 31, 2008Applicant: The Clorox CompanyInventors: Douglas Minkler, Russell Bell

Publication number: 20080022473Abstract: A cleaning tool includes a handle having first and second ends and upper and lower surfaces extending between the first and second ends. The major portion of the upper surface is convex and a major portion of the lower surface is concave. A cleaning head hingedly secures to the handle proximate the second end and is positioned above the upper surface of the handle. The upper surface of the cleaning surface adapted for removing dust and dirt. The point of hinged securement is eccentric such that the area of the cleaning surface extending away from the handle is greater than the area of the cleaning surface between the first and second ends of the handle. A layer of compressible material secures to the board portion between the board portion and the absorptive material. The compressible material has a radius of curvature chosen to conform to an automobile windshield.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2006Publication date: January 31, 2008Inventors: Robert Risch, Kee Leung

Publication number: 20080022475Abstract: The invention relates to a disengageable arrangement for connecting a windscreen-wiper arm to a drive shaft driven in rotation about its longitudinal axis (5), comprising a device solidly attached to the arm and providing the connection of the arm (3, 4) and the drive shaft in the normal operating position of the windscreen wiper, this device being deformable under the effect of a torque applied to the arm tending to cause it to pivot about the rotational axis (5) of said drive shaft, when this drive shaft is immobile, and capable of being placed back in the normal operating position by locked relative positioning of the arm and the drive shaft. According to the invention, said locked relative positioning of the arm (1, 3) and the drive shaft is unique.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2005Publication date: January 31, 2008Applicant: Valeo Systemes d'EssuyageInventors: Romain Laurens, Karim Brazi

Publication number: 20080022476Abstract: A wiper installation (1) which is easy to install and can be fixed on the body without screws. For this purpose, a plate-shaped area (15, 16) having a through bore (17, 18) is provided on both on the wiper installation side and on the vehicle side. A clamp lock (20) is comprised of a tie bolt (21) that can be inserted through the bores (17, 18) and a tension lever (22) which is rotatably disposed on its head portion (26). The clamp lock (20) is made of plastic and manufactured in a multi-component injection molding process as a one-part piece with a tension lever (22) rotatably disposed on the tie bolt (21).Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2005Publication date: January 31, 2008Applicant: ROBERT BOSCH GMBHInventors: Achim Kraus, Juergen Rapp, Guillaume Hirtz, Nicolas Eschenbrenner

Publication number: 20080022477Abstract: In a motor, a gear housing of a speed reducer is connected to a motor unit. A worm is received in the gear housing and is rotated by rotation of a rotatable shaft of the motor unit. A worm wheel is received in the gear housing and is meshed with the worm. An output shaft is fixed to a center part of the worm wheel. The worm wheel includes a receiving recess, which is axially recessed in a center part of the worm wheel. An axially inner part of a bearing, which rotatably supports the output shaft, is received in the receiving recess.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 12, 2007Publication date: January 31, 2008Applicant: ASMO CO., LTD.Inventor: Kiyoshi Ota
