Abstract: The present invention relates to bituminous compositions suitable for use in paving applications containing bitumen emulsion of performance-grade bitumen that is substantially free of volatile solvents and made by controlling temperature-dependent interfacial rheology through the use of selected emulsifiers. The invention bituminous paving compositions are suitable for the construction of load-bearing pavements with improved compaction to densities similar or superior to those achieved in the conventional hot mix bituminous paving compositions. Cure rate of the invention bituminous compositions is higher than those of cold mix bitumen emulsion-based paving compositions, and at least equal to those of hot mix bituminous paving compositions. Additionally, the invention bituminous compositions develop adhesive strength and load-bearing strength properties at rates comparable to those of hot mix bituminous paving compositions, and at rates faster than those of cold mix bituminous paving compositions.

Abstract: A paint system is provided that includes a foundation base component combined with a tinted, opaque top coat component and that hides any colors on all types of substrates and maintains the brightness and cleanness for all colors. The foundation base component is a tintable color base containing at least one organic synthetic pigment at an amount of at least twice as much as the amount of organic synthetic pigment in the top coat component. The tintable foundation base component has a volume ratio of organic pigments to inorganic pigments of at least about 0.5 and a volume ratio of organic pigment to polymer binder of at least about 0.1. The volume ratio of organic pigment to polymer binder in the top coat component is less than about 0.1 with at least about 80% by volume of pigments being synthetic organic pigments.

Abstract: The present invention relates to advantageous processes for the manufacture of organic pigments and their precursors. The invention particularly relates to reactions carried out in an “All In One Reactor”® (Draiswerke GmbH, Germany), a kneader like the TurbuKneader® of the same company, a paddle dryer like the Turbudry® of the same company or a related system and thereby submitting the reaction mixtures to enhanced driving power as expressed by a Froude number >1, the reaction mixture being caused to react in high concentrations at elevated temperature.

The loading rack further has a plurality of leg holders which are attached having a predetermined lateral distance to the posterior and anterior side of the table body and a supporting hole which opens downwardly on each leg holder. Multiple insertion parts can be inserted into each hole attached to an upper part of each leg. The leg is held and fixed in a vertically standing position by peripheral walls surrounding the supporting hole as the insertion part is inserted into the supporting hole and the table body is loaded on the leg.

Abstract: This invention provides a stand for a camper that will allow the camper to be used in an elevated position when it is removed from the truck. The stand is to be attached to the bottom of camper. The legs easily fold up to put the camper back on the truck, and fold down when it is off the truck. The legs are designed with axle and angle braces for side-to-side stability, and fold down past the 90-degree angle so the legs will tension the folding braces for front to rear stability. The main frame, which attaches to the camper, is the size of the camper structure that is within the truck box, therefore the stand supports the camper as it would be supported when in the truck box. This stand can be attached as an after market product or could be used as the base for construction of a camper.

In use, the head of a cooking utensil may be positioned against the upper surface of the base plate with a handle portion of the cooking utensil being supported on the raised peripheral rim to protect a surface upon which the disposable utensil rest is mounted. The base plate and the raised peripheral rim are formed from a disposable material, allowing the disposable utensil rest to be disposed of after use. A dispenser dispensing a utensil rest from a stack of disposable utensil rests may be provided.

Abstract: A system for rising and storing a monitor to a desk includes a box located beneath a top of the desk and having a top hole. A link mechanism includes a transverse bar on which the base of the monitor is rested and two first links are pivotably connected to two ends of the transverse bar. The two first links are pivotably connected to two first ends of two plates which are pivotably connected to the box by two respective mediate portions. Two second links are connected to two second ends of the plates and a cover for closing a top hole of the box. Two springs are connected between the plates and two protrusions on the first links. The cover is moved vertically into the top hole of the box and then pivoted an angle when the monitor is moved through the top hole.

Abstract: A pallet and method of assembly of a pallet are disclosed. The pallet preferably employs a two part construction including a deck and a plurality of plastic spacers separately fabricated from the deck and coupled to the deck. The plurality of spacers may be provided in sections which are modular and are configured to be nested with each other when not assembled to a pallet. The deck may be made of simple plywood construction.

Abstract: A sofa table is height adjustable and has a horizontal table top with all or a portion that can be raised in an upward direction laterally using a height extendable assembly. This capability will expand the use of the sofa table to serve the functions of an ordinary table that can be used for activities like writing or eating. The undercarriage includes an inclined adjustable assembly pivoted to the table top and the bottom of the leg frame assembly to enable sliding upwards and downwards movements. A controlling fixture is integrated into the adjustable assembly to lock the table top at the desired height level within its range of adjustment. A releasable angled lever is utilized to engage and disengage the locking mechanism is connected to the extendable assembly. A press on the lever will disengage the locking mechanism and while holding down the lever and with a lifting force applied simultaneously on the table top will allow the table top to elevate to the desired height within its range of adjustment.

The desk legs are confined systematically to an extended shape structure of the leg trenches, and two middle parts of the desk legs are extended outwardly to form arc-shaped parts that are inserted into the corresponded holes of the desk board to form connecting sections so that the desk legs are folded up and stored inside the leg trenches of the desk board to view only half of a size of a side view of the foldable desk.

A seed crystal provided to the lower end of a wire cable is immersed in the silicon melt, and a silicon single crystal ingot is grown beneath the seed crystal elevated by pulling the wire cable while rotating the wire cable. The exciting coils are placed outside the chamber such that the centers of the exciting coils in a vertical direction are positioned upper than the surface of the silicon melt. A distance D of the vertical center of each exciting coil from the surface level of the silicon melt satisfies 0?D?10L where L denotes the depth of the silicon melt when the pulling of the silicon single crystal ingot is started.

The spray patterns produced by the nozzles can range from about three inches to about nine inches. The gun is designed so that the front-end nozzles are interchangeable with other front-end nozzles so as to allow for quick changes between nozzles designed to cover different coverage areas. The lightweight compact design allows for comfort and high portability.

Abstract: A fuel injector control modification module is configured to modify primary fuel injector control signals provided by an engine control unit of an internal combustion engine. The module is particularly adapted to modifying fuel injector control signals based upon detected variations in fuel provided to the engine. Information indicative of fuel type is obtained by the module from an onboard diagnostic port associated with the engine control unit. The information may comprise fuel trim information which is generated, at least in part, from exhaust gas oxygen content information provided to the engine control unit. The module may modify or completely replace the primary fuel injector control signals at one or more times with secondary signal, such as to accommodate changes in fuel type. The module is particularly suited to addition to an existing engine to adapt the engine to run upon alternative fuels not contemplated by the original engine manufacturer.
