Abstract: In some embodiments, methods for providing information associated with a barcode are provided. The methods including receiving barcode information and a user identifier from a mobile device; sending the barcode information to at least one content provider; receiving content information related to the barcode information from at least one of the at least one content provider; retrieving layout information from a database based on the user identifier; aggregating the received content information to form aggregated content information, wherein the layout of the aggregated content information is based on the retrieved layout information; and sending the aggregated content information to the mobile device. In some embodiments, methods for obtaining information associated with a barcode are provided.

Abstract: There is provided a non-contact IC card having a power supply circuit capable of stably receiving power even if power consumption is varied after the power supply object circuit is switched to normal operation. The non-contact IC card includes: an antenna (11) for receiving an electromagnetic wave, a rectifier circuit (12) for rectifying AC current generated from the electromagnetic wave received by the antenna (11), a regulator (13) for regulating DC voltage VIN outputted from the rectifier circuit (12), a control circuit (15) for receiving power from the regulator (13) and executing a predetermined function, and a voltage detection circuit (14) for detecting the output voltage VIN of the rectifier circuit (12). According to the result of detection of the output voltage VIN from the rectifier circuit (12), the voltage detection circuit (14) resets or releases reset of the control circuit (15).

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a semiconductor device having a memory circuit which is nonvolatile and able to be written additionally, an antenna which can be easily manufactured, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. In addition, it is an object of the present invention to prevent unauthorized rewriting of information of a wireless chip and forgery of a wireless chip itself and to ensure a security of a wireless chip. In view of the foregoing, the present invention provides an IC tag in which information thereof is identified by wireless communication signal and also information of a memory in an IC tag (a memory which can not be rewritten) is identified by an optical reading device. A memory in an IC tag according to the present invention has an identification surface with which information can be identified by an optical reading device.

Abstract: An RFID tag is integrated with a processor of an electronic product for anti-theft purpose. The RFID tag receives an enable mark when the electronic product is checked out at a point of sale. Only when the processor receives the enable mark from the RFID tag can the start-up sequence of the electronic product be executed. An RFID tag is integrated with a sensor of an electronic product for data transmission purpose. Data measured by the sensor can be stored in the memory of the RFID tag and outputted via the antenna of the RFID tag.

Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to reduce the cost of a wireless chip, further, to reduce the cost of a wireless chip by enabling the mass production of a wireless chip, and furthermore, to provide a downsized and lightweight wireless chip. A wireless chip in which a thin film integrated circuit peeled from a glass substrate or a quartz substrate is formed between a first base material and a second base material is provided according to the invention. As compared with a wireless chip formed from a silicon substrate, the wireless chip according to the invention realizes downsizing, thinness, and lightweight. The thin film integrated circuit included in the wireless chip according to the invention at least has an n-type thin film transistor having an LDD (Lightly Doped Drain) structure, a p-type thin film transistor having a single drain structure, and a conductive layer functioning as an antenna.

Abstract: In an IC card of dual-way type which is used in common as a non-contact/contact operation card, an isolation transistor is provided between a power supply voltage terminal and a contact power supply circuit. Non-contact/contact judging and switching unit 6 turns OFF, when it is detected that the IC card is operated in a non-contact operation mode, an isolation transistor to isolate between the power supply voltage terminal and contact power supply circuit. Accordingly, when the power supply voltage terminal is terminated with a ground terminal during the non-contact operation mode, erroneous operation of the IC card can surely be prevented. Since the power supply voltage terminal becomes equal to a reference potential in this case, monitoring of voltage of the power supply voltage terminal can be prevented and security of the IC card can also be improved remarkably.

A security mark generation component in communication with the data reception component generates at least one security mark configuration based at least in part upon the received information. An application component applies one configuration of the at least one security mark configurations to a recipient. The applied security mark configuration obeys at least one rule whereby the security mark is distinguishable from the natural feature which it resembles by a system for detection of security marks.

Diameter of the cable drum of the gear unit ranges from about 22 mm to about 30 mm, preferably from about 24 mm to about 28 mm; gear ratio of the gear mechanism ranges from about 1:38 to about 1:55, preferably from about 1:42 to about 1:51. The cable drum has, on its end face, claws which engage in corresponding recesses on the end face of a worm wheel. Electric motors having maximum driving torque of only about 5.7 Nm can be used. The gear unit size can be reduced by about 40-50%, and it can be standardized for both electric and manual cable window lift systems for front or rear vehicle doors.

As the user dries his hands on the loop of toweling and pulls downwardly on the toweling, a limited amount of clean paper toweling is pulled from the roll and an equal amount is wrapped about the take-up roller. The present invention provides both stronger and less expensive paper toweling for use in the dispensing apparatus and improved rollers, alignment and friction guides to direct the paper through the apparatus.

Abstract: A rotorcraft having an enhanced configuration in which a simple wing and a propulsive anti-torque system are combined is disclosed. The propulsive anti-torque system includes an anti-torque thruster system in which a variable pitch fan is installed internal to the tail boom of the rotorcraft and an anti-torque thruster nozzle is mounted at the extremity of the tail boom. The fan is driven directly from the main rotor drive. The configuration and location of the fan allows the primary exhaust from the engine to be mixed with the compressed air flow from the fan. The mixed air flow from the fan and the engine passes through the tail boom and out the thruster nozzle.

In the fully reclined position of the seat, the headrest 17 is lowered into recess 51 in shelving 52 at the rear of the seat unit along cabin wall 48.
