Abstract: A brush having a brush head of changeable angles includes a handle which has a first connection end on one end with an inclined first end surface and a gripping end on other end, and a brush head which has a second connection end and a bristle end on other end. The second connection end has an inclined second end surface mating the first end surface. The brush head and the handle can be coupled together and swiveled about the axis of the coupling portion. Thus the handle and the brush head can be coupled on a straight line or to form an angle between them. When in use the bending brush head and the handle can be remote from grilling flame to dispense sauce on grilling goods without scorching user's hands.

Abstract: Exact transfer of electronic element main bodies, held by virtue of an adhesive property provided by an adhesive surface, is provided from a first holder to a second holder. A plurality of through holes are formed in the first holder, so that a pressing force provided by a pusher member can be applied through the through holes to the electronic element main bodies bonded on an adhesive surface of the first holder. Meanwhile, the first holder is separated from the electronic element main bodies which are at the same time bonded on to an adhesive surface of the second holder.

Abstract: A method of making a circuitized substrate assembly in which two or more subassemblies are aligned and bonded together. The bonding, preferably using lamination, results in effective electrical connections being formed between respective pairs of conductors of the subassemblies in such a manner that the metallurgies of the conductors, and those of an interim metallic solder paste, are effectively mixed and the flowable interim dielectric used between the mating subassemblies is forced to flow to engage and surround the conductor coupling, without adversely affecting the electrical connection formed.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a wiring substrate includes the steps of bonding a first substrate, which includes a pixel area and a drive area located around the pixel area, and is provided with a protruding section formed in the pixel area, to a second substrate on which a peripheral circuit is disposed, so that the peripheral circuit faces the drive area, and separating the second substrate from the first substrate while leaving the peripheral circuit on the first substrate. In the step of bonding the first and the second substrates, the peripheral circuit is pressure-bonded to the first substrate, and the protruding section is made abut on the second substrate in the pixel area.

Abstract: A process for manufacturing a multilayer wiring board including the steps of forming an insulating layer on a base provided with a bump for interlayer connection, bonding a copper foil onto the insulating layer by a thermocompression bonding by sandwiching the copper foil between stainless steel plates, and patterning the copper foil, in which a metal foil is interposed at least between each of the stainless plates and the copper foil at the time of the thermocompression bonding. At this time, a mold release layer is formed on a surface of the metal foil to be imposed. Thus, such a multilayer wiring board can be manufactured that prevents sticking of a product after molding (cementing of the copper foil) and excels in dimensional stability without occurrence of wrinkling and ruggedness.

Abstract: The invention removes copper from the concave side of a flex circuit around a bendable region and replaces it with a conductive epoxy to allow it to be formed to tighter bend radii than would otherwise be possible. After the flex circuit is shaped in a tight radius and attached to a mechanical structure, the conductive epoxy is cured to act as functional replacement of the removed copper.
