Advantageously, the table top may include a generally planar upper surface and a generally planar lower surface. The lower surface of the table top, however, may include a first lip disposed proximate a first end of the table top and a second lip disposed proximate a second end of the table top. The lower surface may also include mounting members that are sized and configured to allow a frame to be connected to the table top. Desirably, the mounting members allow side rails of a frame to be attached to the table top and at least a portion of the side rails are disposed between the first and second lips. This may allow at least a portion of the frame to be exposed and visible when the table is being used.

    Abstract: A pyrolysis oven configured for vertical conveyance of material for incineration. The oven makes use of gravity and multiple plates to control the movement of material through the oven chamber. The plates and oven interior are heated in a low oxygen, pressurized environment to effect the decomposition of material as it freefalls down the chamber and makes contact with heated plates. The configuration and angle of declination of plates determines the freefall rate and retention time within the incinerating environment. The decomposition produces char and gas resultants, each of which are carried off through separate exits configured in the oven. The oven may be used as part of a waste management system in connection with a thermal oxidation chamber for the treatment of volatile organic compound gases that are a by-product of the pyrolytic process.

    Abstract: A cluster tool for processing a substrate includes a cassette and a processing module including a first process chamber that is configured to perform a chill process on a substrate, a second processing chamber that is configured to perform a bake process on the substrate, and an input chamber. The first processing chamber, the second processing chamber, and the input chamber are substantially adjacent to each other. The processing modules also includes a robot that is configured to receive the substrate in the input chamber and transfer and position the substrate in the first processing chamber and second processing chamber. The robot includes a robot blade, an actuator, and a heat exchanging device. The heat exchanging device includes a chilled transfer assembly. The cluster tool also includes a 6-axis articulated robot configured to transfer the substrate between the cassette and the input chamber.
