Abstract: A new and unique variety of the mushroom Agaricus subrufescens Peck was produced by crossbreeding a single spore isolate from the fungal strain ‘I-101’ and a single-spore isolate from the fungal strain ‘SBRFG’. The resultant hybrid, named ‘H1X1’, exhibits early cropping, large size, high productivity, and an attractive appearance that includes a smooth, round cap.

Abstract: A method for downloading an executable application into a decoder for a digital broadcast system, characterized in that the application is stored on a portable memory card introduced into a card reader in the decoder, the decoder reading and downloading the application from the card. Data may preferably be stored in the smartcard in a broadcast data format such as the MPEG format to permit the processing of such data in the same manner as the control unit of the decoder processes data downloading by a broadcast transmission. The invention extends equally to a decoder and a memory card for use in such a method.

The feed screw delivers fluid to be dispensed from the fluid inlet to the outlet port. The fluid inlet is preferably elongated in a direction along a longitudinal axis of the feed screw to enhance consistency in material flow through the cartridge. The feed screw is preferably driven by a closed-loop servo motor to achieve high-performance dispensing resolution. The assembly is preferably compatible with fixed-z and floating-z cartridges.

Abstract: A network and method of operating a network of wireless service providers adapted to interact with a plurality of omni-modal wireless products within a given geographic area in a manner to permit the wireless service providers to “borrow” radio frequencies from other wireless service providers within the same geographic region. As a cellular service provider in a given region finds that one of its service areas or cells has become nearly or fully loaded, frequency could be borrowed from a competitor, such as a PCS provider serving the same region. Selected omni-modal wireless product users in the overloaded area would be told to switch their omni-modal to the “leased” frequency but to use the non-PCS communications protocol appropriate to the type of service desired by the user. Implementation of this method broadly within a given geographic region will have the effect of insuring that the available radio spectrum is used to its maximum capacity to serve the needs of the wireless users on a real time basis.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to the field of testing computing devices. More specifically, the present invention relates to a system and method for testing a universal serial bus (“USB”) within a computing device. In an exemplary embodiment, the system includes a test device and a test control module. The test device is connected to a USB port on the computing device. The test control module resides on the computing device and interacts with the test device to test the USB port. Once connected, the test device is used to monitor signals on the USB port exchanged between the test device and the USB port. Examples of signals that are monitored are the voltage levels, frame timing, and USB bus signals and power voltages. The test device then communicates the monitored information to the test control module for analysis.

The lenses are assembled by pressing an assembly ring against the frontal lens and side lens, forcing compression against the elastic gasket medium at the contacting edges of the two lenses and securing the front lenses to the side lenses that are integrally formed with the frame body of the mask. The result is a watertight seal, achieved without adhesives, at the contacting edges of the front and side lenses. This process reduces storage space, packaging size and transporting costs during mass production.
