    Abstract: An angular indexing apparatus for a machine tool includes a rotating shaft, to which a rotationally driven member is secured; a removable housing surrounding the outer periphery of the rotating shaft; bearings disposed between the housing and the rotating shaft and separated from each other in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; and driving means, provided between the housing and the rotating shaft, rotating the rotating shaft to index an angular position. The driving means uses drive motors, each including a motor rotor and a motor stator disposed concentrically around the rotating shaft, and separated from each other in the axial direction of the rotating shaft. A multiple-row roller bearing capable of supporting an axial load and a radial load is used for the bearing closest to the side of the rotationally driven member.

    Abstract: A heap is constructed with hypogenic copper sulfide bearing ore to include exposed sulfide mineral particles at least 25 weight % of which are hypogenic copper sulfides.
