Abstract: A mop bucket has a bucket body, a pintle, two holding units and a basket. The bucket body has a ledge and a mounting sleeve. The ledge is formed in a sidewall of the bucket body. The mounting sleeve is formed through the ledge. The pintle is mounted rotatably through the mounting sleeve. The holding units are mounted respectively in the end openings of the mounting sleeve and are mounted tightly around the pintle. The basket is attached securely to the pintle. With the ledge formed in the sidewall, the manufacturer easily assembles the structures without overturning the bucket body. By the holding units mounted separately, the pintle is stabilized while rotating.

Abstract: A process for the wafer-scale fabrication of CMS electronic modules starts from a wafer with metallized outputs, comprising electronic components molded in resin and, on one side, the external outputs of the electronic components on which a nonoxidizable metal or alloy is deposited, and of a printed circuit provided with oxidizable metal or alloy contact pads. In the process, the wafer is cut in predetermined patterns for obtaining reconfigured molded components that include at least one electronic component; the reconfigured components are assembled on the printed circuit, the metallized external outputs of the reconfigured components being placed opposite the metallized contact pads of the printed circuit; and these external outputs are connected solderlessly to the metallized contact pads of the printed circuit by means of a material based on an electrically conductive adhesive or ink.

Abstract: A circuit board has an embedded electronic component such as an integrated circuit chip with a wafer level chip size package. A via hole extends through the electronic component. Another via hole extends through the substrate or prepreg on which the electronic component is mounted inside the circuit board. Conductors in the via holes enable a terminal on the surface of the electronic component to be electrically connected to a wiring pattern or another electronic component on the opposite side of the substrate or prepreg. Routing the connection through the electronic component itself saves space and reduces the length of the connection.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a wiring board including forming a base substrate, forming a first insulation layer on a first surface of the base substrate and a second insulating layer on a second surface of the base substrate opposing the first surface, forming an IVH (Interstitial Via Hole) that penetrates the base substrate, forming vias in at least one of the first substrate or second substrate, and cutting the first insulating layer in a first area and cutting the second insulating layer in a second area offset from said first area to form a first substrate laminated to a second substrate with the base layer interposed therebetween, the second substrate having a smaller mounting area than a mounting area of the first substrate such that the first substrate extends beyond an edge of the second substrate.

Abstract: The systems and methods include a feed mechanism supplying multi-strand wire to a coil-spring winder. The coil spring typically has a plurality of turns and is resilient. The multi-strand wire is typically steel, but may be of other suitable material, or a combination of materials. The coil-spring winder receives wire from a spool of wire and forms that wire into a coil spring. Typically, but not always, the coil-spring winder cuts the coil spring to a desired length, and thereby forms a plurality of coil springs of the type that can be employed in mattresses, furniture, car seats, for industrial machines, or for any other application. To feed the coil-spring winder, the systems include a wire holder that supplies the wire to the coil-spring winder along a feed direction. The wire holder is supported for rotation about an axis that may be aligned with the feed direction. The rotation of the wire holder may be substantially synchronous with the formation of the turns of the coil spring.

Abstract: Improved methods and apparatus for forming a series of progressive aligners. A virtual model may be manipulated in a virtual CAD environment to arrive at an activated iteration of the virtual model representing progressively improved positions of one or more virtual teeth. From the virtual model, a positioning guide may be created (e.g., through the use of CAD CAM techniques to produce a corresponding positioning guide). The positioning guide may be registered to the physical model such that model teeth may be positioned according to the positioning guide to arrive at an activated iteration of the physical model. An aligner may then be generated using the activated iteration of the physical model. This process may be repeated for a variable number of iterations until the treatment objectives are determined to be met.
