Abstract: A blade-switchable utility knife of the present invention comprises a housing, a blade slider, a slide actuator, a switch actuator, a pair of blades and a pair of restoring elements. By manipulating the switch actuator, one of the pair of blades is capable of moving together with the blade slider. Accordingly, the present invention has advantages and effects of quick switch of the blades for use and convenient carrying.

The through holes are defined in the lower sliding element at positions corresponding respectively to the inclined pushing surfaces of the protrusions and communicate with the chamber. The resilient tab is held in the chamber and has two legs protruding inward from two ends of the resilient tab. The chain tensioning device comprises a driven member arranged on the chain guide and a driving member which drives the driven member to move the chain guide longitudinally and a rotating device rotating the driving member. A stepless clutch device is arranged between the rotating device and the driving member. The chain tensioning device presses the chain guide while it tensioning the saw chain. Thus it prevents effectively the chain guide from loosing after the saw chain is tensioned. The operation of the chain tensioning device is labour-saving. The chain tensioning device has a stable structure and it is hard to be worn.

Abstract: A centrifugal pellet dryer with a self-cleaning rotor seal, replaceable wear plates, and a fluid powered dewatering tower is presented. The self-cleaning roter seal includes a plurality of grooves that are structured to eject pellet debris that migrates into between the seal and the housing for the rotor. The replaceable wear plates are secured to the rotor at locations such that they contact pellets that are entering the rotor housing. The dewatering tower includes a helical augur that dewaters a pellet slurry and delivers partially dried pellets to the rotor housing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an operating method for a laundry drier which has a rotatable drum mounted inside a main body, a heater for heating the air flowing into the drum; and a scent supply module for spraying scent into the drum, comprising: a drying step of drying the laundry by supplying hot air heated by the heater; a pre-treating step of rumbling the drum while supplying air with the heater off; and a scent treating step of spraying scent onto the laundry which has passed through the pre-treating step. Since the scent is sprayed on after the pre-treating step, the scent can be effectively deposited on the laundry.

Abstract: A shoe structure specifically designed to more securely fit a wider range of feet widths and proportions by providing an integrated resilient heel device in the rearfoot region of the upper. The heel device has opposing portions that are biased toward one another and provide a secure but comfortable engagement of the shoe onto the wearer's heel. On top of the rod is a detachable holding member on which a user places the forend of a rifle while aiming and firing it. The housing includes a central cavity having an opening and carrying a sight post assembly. A cam follower and a cam member are carried by the sight post with the cam member, cammingly engaging the cam follower between a plurality of positions. A biasing member biases the first end of the sight post away from one of the cam follower and the cam member a distance. The distance is adjusted by relative movement of the cam member and the cam follower between the plurality of positions.

The guides are connected to the upper cage and slide on the vertical supports to guide vertical travel of the upper cage. The trigger can be either engaged to hold the upper cage in the raised position, or disengaged to allow the upper cage to fall downward from the raised position. The trigger is movable from the engaged position to the disengaged position by an animal positioned under the upper cage.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for the eradication and killing of microorganisms from among insects and worms in an aqueous system, especially for the control and eradication of the larvae. A sustained reduction or killing of the larvae is achieved by a two-step method in which insecticides and a zooplankton community are used as biological agents, The insecticides specifically kill the larvae present in the aqueous system. The biological agents, which according to the invention preferably comprise competitors for food of the above microorganisms/larvae, prevent repopulation. The combined use of insecticidal and biological treatment in aqueous systems allows an efficient and permanent eradication.
