Abstract: A self-contained, hand-held spray dispensing device includes an internal source of pressurized fluid that exerts a motive force on a pair of liquid ejecting elements to cause each to eject a liquid into a discharge line. The liquids remain separated until each exits its discharge port. A pressurized fluid is directed over the outlet ends of the discharge line beginning before a flow interrupter in the discharge line is opened to permit flow therethrough and ceasing after liquid flow is terminated. The pressurized fluid flow over the outlet of the discharge line aerosolizes liquids emanating from the outlet ends. The liquid ejecting element is connected to a force transmitting yoke. The yoke responds to pressurized fluid from the source to generate the motive force on the ejecting element.

Abstract: A continuous length of material of non-circular cross-section is pelletized to form discrete bits, by feeding the material to a cutting wheel with shaped cutters that form non-planar bits having non-circular axial projections and that are aligned with the material. The material is fed so as to maintain a rotational orientation with respect to the cutters, and so as to avoid buckling. Multiple banks of strands of material are severed simultaneously, thereby producing high volumes of shaped bits that are useful as filling and as filter material, and as friction-enhancing additives.

When the cordless blind is lifted, the first and second transmission reels can be driven to rotate reversely and synchronously by the rebound force of the constant torque spring, causing the driving reel to rotate reversely through the cord.

Abstract: This invention has no mechanical parts or mechanisms but relies on gravity and elasticity to disperse the hose (or other item) in unstrained coils against the inside perimeter of a hollow truncated cone (apex down. open base up). When loading the hose into the conical container, gravity settles the loops of the coil down against the previous loop while the elasticity of the hose forces the hose against the perimeter of the cone. This natural physical process inhibits the overlapping of the loops which could otherwise result in tangling and kinks while withdrawing the hose from the container.

Abstract: A space launch vehicle used for launching spacecraft uses a magnetic levitation system in order to reduce friction since the vehicle floats above rails. The system uses magnetic coils to propel and move the vehicle away from the quiescent point thereof. The invention facilitates the launch of a spacecraft, the time at which most fuel is required, so that the spacecraft is subsequently propelled by its own means. This method saves a large amount of fuel, which adds weight to the vehicle, such that saved weight can be used for payload. The system has the additional advantage of being reusable, as well as being modular to adapt to various types of spacecraft. Furthermore, the rocket or craft is launched at an angle of 57 degrees, dispensing with the need to change the angle of the craft from 90 to 57 degrees, as is currently the case, thus also saving fuel.

Each block has a generally rectangular shape and forms a part of the cable, wire or pipe transition together with at least one further block. Each block has at least one recess placed in the middle of the block. Inside the recess a number of peelable sheets are received. The sheets may be peeled off to adapt the inner diameter of the block to the outer diameter of a cable, wire or pipe to be received in the recess. Each block has elements for fastening further blocks to the block above or below the block.

Abstract: A musical instrument stand includes an upright rod, a support assembly, and a transverse rod. The support assembly includes a base unit mounted on the upright rod, a holding unit mounted on the base unit, a locking unit connected with the base unit and pressing the holding unit, and a damping member located between the base unit and the holding unit. Thus, the damping member provides a damping effect to the holding unit so that the holding unit is rotated relative to the base unit stably. In addition, the holding unit can be rotated relative to the base unit to adjust the angle of the transverse rod relative to the upright rod and can be moved in the holding unit to adjust the horizontal position of the transverse rod.
