Publication number: 20130047404Abstract: A spacer applicator assembly has tooling with a plurality of retention devices. An actuator is coupled to the tooling, where the actuator is adapted to continuously rotate the tooling about an axis in a first direction and the tooling is adapted to move in a direction that is generally parallel to the axis.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 22, 2012Publication date: February 28, 2013Applicant: INFINITE EDGE TECHNOLOGIES, LLCInventor: Infinite Edge Technologies, LLC

Publication number: 20130047405Abstract: A seal assembling method of a master cylinder for assembling a cup seal for sealing a piston slidably moving in a bottomed-tubular cylinder main body to a seal groove formed in the cylinder main body in an annular shape includes inserting the cup seal into the cylinder main body while inclining the cup seal with respect to an axial direction of the cylinder main body, and assembling the cup seal to the seal groove by moving the cup seal to the seal groove in a state that a position of a center cored bar tool for defining an insertion limit of the cup seal with respect to the cylinder main body is aligned with the seal groove.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 30, 2012Publication date: February 28, 2013Inventors: MASATAKE YAMANAKA, Hideki Hosaka

Publication number: 20130047406Abstract: Device for simultaneous attachment and folding into a low flange of plate or sheet coverage of at least a part of an end portion of a connecting tongue of a bracket for roofing sheet to an underlay, said device comprises a hollow longitudinal housing (1), at a first end (2) of which is arranged a driving apparatus and at a second end (4) of which is arranged an elongated hollow means (5). A projecting end of the hollow means is provided with a folding device (10). When the folding device (10) is pressed against the underlay a first end (11a) of a folding arm (11) is given a radial motion, so that said first end (11a) of the folding arm (11) folds into the low flange at least a part of an end portion of the connecting tongue of the bracket mounted in the folding device while the bracket being attached to the underlay.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 17, 2011Publication date: February 28, 2013Inventor: Bjarne Svanberg

Publication number: 20130047407Abstract: Signage is presented comprising an in-mold plastic plate portion having a slot. The signage has a flexible tongue having a neck portion that extends outwardly from the plate portion and has a locking tip extending from the neck portion and the locking tip is formed to be received by the slot. The plastic plate portion is made of a filler material and a detectable additive such that the signage is easily detected by a metal detecting machine.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 29, 2012Publication date: February 28, 2013Inventors: Virgil Allen Watson, Jason Bender, Carl Frank

Publication number: 20130047408Abstract: Complex assembly procedures for joining components with plural fasteners are accomplished using predefined procedures for performing a multi-step assembly of a joint using a dynamically controllable assembly tool, or to inspect an assembled joint. An assembly tool is coupled with an electronically controlled regulator for reducing the tightening rate, or the load increase per impact for an impact or impulse tool, so the tool can be stopped precisely at a specified stopping load or torque. The predefined procedures for performing the desired tightening operation are established in a controller coupled with the electronically controlled regulator, for dynamically controlling the assembly tool. The system can be used to assemble joints involving multiple fasteners and which are subject to elastic interaction between the fasteners, rocking, or joint relaxation, and in assembly or inspection operations in which an operator is to be guided through a particular sequence of instructions.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 2, 2011Publication date: February 28, 2013Applicant: Innovation Plus, LLCInventor: Ian E.
