Publication number: 20130061913Abstract: A method of making a photovoltaic panel includes previously preparing one or more pre-formed substrates with a first temperature and pressure to be non-planar, textured, embossed, colored, or combinations thereof. A manufacturer can then prepare a laminate assembly comprising one or more organic photovoltaic components one or more pre-formed substrates, and a barrier layer with one or more thermally-activated thermoplastic tie layers there between. The manufacturer can then finish the photovoltaic panel lamination by subjecting the assembly to a second set of temperatures and pressures sufficient to activate and bond the pre-formed substrate, barrier layer, and photovoltaic components without significantly softening the pre-formed substrates or otherwise degrading/damaging the organic photovoltaic components. Publication number: 20130061954Abstract: In accordance with the resent invention, there is provided a fugitive emission detection system for use in conjunction with a valve having a packing deign which includes a primary packing and a secondary packing. The valve further includes a leak port which is disposed within the valve bonnet between the primary and secondary packings. The detection system is operative to maintain the leak port in a normally open state. As a result, any fluid leakage past the primary packing is normally sent to the detection system, as opposed to being applied to and thus pressurizing the secondary packing. In the event of that a prescribed level of fluid leakage beyond the primary packing is detected, the leak port will be closed. The closure of the leak port facilitates the pressurization of the secondary packing.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 6, 2012Publication date: March 14, 2013Inventors: FABIO GIOVE, JALIL ABRAHIMZADEH

Publication number: 20130061955Abstract: An assembly of valve sections 10 includes an inlet section 12, an outlet section 14, a working section 16, and a working section 18. The working section 16 is a conventional pressure compensated working section. The working section 18 includes a directional control valve 21, a pressure compensator valve 50, and a pressure limiter valve 52. The valves 50 and 52 are of integral construction, such that each is an essential part to complete the other. The pressure compensator valve 50 includes a pressure compensator spool 60 movable between an opened position (FIGS. 2 and 5) and a closed position (FIGS. 4 and 6) in response to a pressure differential across the spool. The pressure limiter valve 52 includes a pressure limiter spool 76 that moves to an open position to change the pressure differential and close the pressure compensator valve when a selected limit pressure is reached.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 22, 2010Publication date: March 14, 2013Inventor: Gregory Coolidge

Publication number: 20130061956Abstract: A flushing mechanism includes a housing, an upper cover on the housing, a sleeve, a first piston, a first piston sealed module, a first piston loading spring, a second piston and a second piston loading spring. Wherein a pressure-relief and/or ejection-proof part is provided in the housing, the second piston sealed module are respectively provided surround the periphery of the bottom end and the central hole of the second piston. The bottom end of the second piston, the second piston sealed module and the lower end of the housing define an exterior lower cavity and an interior lower cavity used for cooperating with the second piston loading spring in curse of drainage, sequentially the second piston are moved upward and the outlet is opened. A toilet bowl employing said flushing mechanism can reduce the flushing water consumption.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 30, 2012Publication date: March 14, 2013Inventors: Feiyu LI, Caiyou Li

Publication number: 20130061959Abstract: An hydraulic valve has a body with a longitudinal bore therein. An annular recess is formed within the longitudinal bore and has a circumferential surface through which a fluid port opens. A filter band, with a plurality of apertures there through, is located within the annular recess abutting the circumferential surface. A helical spring has spaced apart convolutions that engage the filter band and exert an outward radial force which holds the filter band against the circumferential surface of the bore recess. A valve element, such as a spool, is slideably received within the longitudinal bore to control flow of fluid through the fluid port.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 13, 2011Publication date: March 14, 2013Inventor: Kirt N.
