Abstract: A microwave energy delivery and measurement system, including a microwave energy source configured to delivery microwave energy to a microwave energy delivery device, a measurement system configured to measure at least one parameter of the microwave energy delivery device and a switching network configured to electrically isolate the microwave energy source and the measurement system. The measurement system is configured to actively measure in real time at least one parameter related to the microwave energy delivery device.

Abstract: A microwave packaging material including a plurality of susceptors is disclosed. Each susceptor includes a plastic film or polymer with a metal layer on one surface of the plastic film and a paper adhered to the plastic film opposite the metal layer. A patterned adhesive is bonded between a first susceptor layer and a second susceptor layer in a pattern bond creating sealed air pockets. A paper board substrate is adhered using an adhesive in a bond pattern to one of the susceptor layers facing the metal of the respective susceptor layer to provide the microwave packing material rigidity. Upon exposure to microwave energy in a microwave oven, moisture is trapped between the paper board substrate and the susceptor layer creating a vapor pressure that causes the sealed air pockets to form expanded air pockets.

The side panels (14a, 14b,) have a substantially flat outer side and a ridged inner side comprised of alternating evenly spaced pins (18) and tails (20). Multiple modules (10) are connected to each other through various connector means (35, 37, 40) that slidably insert into the tails (20) of the side panels (14a, 14b). Various storage inserts (201, 209, 212, 219, 230, 252) are slidably insertable into the tails 20 of the side panels (14a, 14b). The configuration of the modules (10) and the inserts (201, 209, 212, 219, 230, 252) are customizable.

Abstract: A frame for use with a portable computing device is disclosed. In one aspect, the frame comprises an at least partially rigid member that at least partially surrounds the computing device so as to permit receivable attachment or detachment of the portable computing device; and a mounting portion on the back of the rigid member configured to accept a multi-angle positioning device so as to permit rotation of the portable computing device into a user configurable and ergonomic viewing angle in at least one dimension. Other embodiments provide for a handle that optionally doubles as a stand to hold the portable electronic device in a user selected orientation. Still other embodiment provide for a cover for use with the described frame. Still other embodiments provide for a mounting plate for use with the described frame. Still other embodiments provide for an bag or case with an integrated frame.

Abstract: An improved beverage can includes a GRAS antimicrobial wipe contained in a low profile pouch that is adhered to the side of the can. The low profile pouch is constructed of a substantially planar substrate that retains the wipe directly to the exterior surface of the can. The pouch includes a perforated tab that is removed to access the wipe. To use, the perforated tab is ripped off, the user reaches into the pouch and pulls out the antimicrobial wipe, and wipes the can as desired, typically focusing on the drinking region of the can.

Abstract: A reverse-acting rupture disc (10) having a laser-defined reversal initiation feature (16) is provided in the bulged section (12) of the disc. The reversal initiation feature comprises at least a first lased area (22) that has a reduced thickness relative to rest of the bulged section. A pair of C-brackets latch onto the handles of the amplifier, and a pair of legs that create a level plane with the amplifier. A J-shaped arm extends and retracts from the container. A cable can wrap around the arm to prevent tripping and electrical accidents. The arm slides into a channel underneath the container, and locks into position with pins and holes. The outer end of the arm includes a notch for holding an amplifier cable plug.

Abstract: A food container includes a base and a lid, and the lid may have a recess configured to receive a second container. The base may comprise a formed cavity that provides a bowl into which food or other items may be placed. The recess in the lid may receive a cup containing another item, such as a condiment or topping. The cup with the condiment or topping may be inserted into the recess, and removed from the recess, without removing the lid from the base. The lid and/or the base may be formed from any suitable materials, such as a transparent or non-transparent plastic material, and/or a compostable material.

Abstract: A temperature controlled beverage caddy may be configured for organizing, transporting and serving a plurality of beverage containers containing a plurality of beverages to a customer. The caddy may include a base tray holding the plurality of beverage containers containing the plurality of beverages, a temperature pack placed within the base tray, a cover attached to the temperature pack by way of a spacer and/or a plurality of markers positioned on a top surface of the base tray to identify the plurality of beverages. The base tray, the temperature pack and the cover may be arranged in a way to provide a unified structure to the caddy so as to allow the customer to easily access the plurality of beverages in a temperature controlled condition. The unified structure allows the caddy to be easily organized, stored and carried by a user.

A First species is customized to maintain refrigeration temperatures for extended periods of time and the Second species maintains freezing temperatures for extended periods of time. Both species models include containers having outer protective layers and inner insulating layers as well as a cavity for holding payload being stored or shipped, and one or more areas for holding passive coolants in a predetermined relationship to the products within specific target temperatures. The different species provide cold or freezing temperatures in reusable or disposable models for various applications.

The base is parallel to and in contact with a surface when the fluid container is placed on the surface. The rim and the base lie on intersecting planes. The apparatus further includes a fluid barrier having an opening. The fluid barrier is in contact with the fluid container and extends into the fluid container. The opening is configured to allow an aroma of a fluid in the fluid container to escape through the opening. The aroma glass allows consumers to view and smell the liquid contents of the aroma glass, but prevents consumers from consuming the liquid contents.

The dispenser systems are integrated with storage and/or organizer, which are configured to be above, below, behind, or in front of a dispenser without affecting the dispensing function of the system. The dispensers can be used in a vertical position, capable of dispensing a sheet in a downward or upward direction when mounted on a wall, for example, or in a horizontal position, capable of dispensing a sheet sideways and/or popup direction. One of the advantages of these dispensers is that it allows a prior art flat top tissue box for use in a vertical position, i.e., standing up on its end, thereby taking even less horizontal space than the cubic tissue box.

Abstract: A method and system for generating and providing drinking water is provided. The method for providing drinking water includes collecting condensed water from an air conditioner unit, storing in a tank the water that was collected, filtering the water so as to eliminate contaminants, sensing a pressure drop in a pressurized water generation system and activating an on-demand water pump so as to send the water to a faucet for dispensation. A water generator for providing drinking water includes a tank adapted to collect condensed water from a previously installed air conditioner unit, a pressurized water generator assembly, a sensor adapted to sense a pressure drop in the pressurized water generator assembly, a filter adapted to eliminate contaminants from the water collected in the tank and an on-demand water pump adapted to send the water to a faucet for dispensation.

In one aspect, an exemplary method of assembly comprises depositing solder in a connector plug enclosure, positioning electrical contacts on the solder deposits, advancing the hotbar toward the enclosure contacting each of the electrical contacts so as to planarize a top surface of each of the electrical contacts with the enclosure and melting the solder with the heated hotbar to solder the electrical contacts to the enclosure. In one aspect, an exemplary hotbar device includes a magnet for releasably coupling the electrical contacts to the hotbar. In another aspect, the hotbar includes metallic portions for heating the electrical contacts and insulated ceramic portions for contacting the enclosure. In another aspect, an electrically conductive hotbar includes side portions that extend away from the bottom heating surface facilitating more uniform current flow through the hotbar.
