Abstract: In a process for manufacturing to a tape with specific pattern interval, there are utilized at least two kinds of ultraviolet-fluorescent yarns with different chromophore, which is spun out of dope kneaded with a fluorescent material. When ultraviolet-fluorescent yarns and colorless yarns are wound around a warp beam or drum with or without infrared-fluorescent yarns, the ultraviolet-fluorescent yarns are arranged repeatedly in specific color order in the traverse direction during the warping operation. In the process, these yarns as the warp are also woven into a double-wide textile with a wide loom.

Abstract: A hand-held rivet nut (rivet bolt) tool has a body, a sleeve, a positioning ring and a mandrel. The body includes a base and a pair of handles. The handles are respectively pivotally connected to two sides of the base. The sleeve is axially movably mounted through the base and includes an annular mounting groove. The positioning ring is seated in the annular mounting groove of the sleeve and includes an inner portion. The mandrel is rotatably mounted through the sleeve and includes an annular positioning groove allowing the inner portion of the positioning ring to engage therewith. The manufacturing process of the holding structure between the mandrel and sleeve is simplified because it only has steps of forming the annular mounting groove and then seating the positioning ring in the annular mounting groove, which increases production efficiency and reduces manufacturing time and costs.

The clamping jaws reversibly grip the rivet mandrel during an axial displacement of the clamping jaw sleeve and the clamping jaws are furthermore held by an elastic holding element. The jaws are displaceable relative to one another independently of an actuation by the clamping jaw sleeve. This enables improved introduction and gripping of the rivet mandrel, especially for fully automated blind rivet operations, for example with blind rivet robots. Abstract: An electronic component device having a first sealing frame formed on a main substrate and a second sealing frame formed on a cover substrate, the first and second sealing frames being composed of a Ni film. A bonding section constituted by a Ni—Bi alloy is formed between the first and second sealing frames. For example, a Bi layer is formed on the first sealing frame, and then the first sealing frame and the second sealing frame are heated at a temperature of 300° C. for at least 10 seconds while applying pressure in the direction in which the first sealing frame and the second sealing frame are in close contact with each other, and thus the bonding section, which bonds the first sealing frame to the second sealing frame, is formed.

The section is configured to receive a wire cable within the aperture for attachment thereto. The section includes an internal surface with at least one groove having sharp edges formed therein. A wire assembly that includes the electrically-conducting contact and a method to construct the electrically-conducting contact are also presented. The method includes a step of providing the contact element and forming a sharp edge on the internal surface of the contact element. A further step in the method includes altering material on the internal surface of the contact element by a forming means. The forming means may be one of milling, rifling, machining, cutting, indenting, or stamping. A wire assembly and a vehicular electrical wiring harness that respectively include the contact element are also presented.

Abstract: Forming of a valve head portion (1) of a hollow engine valve (V) comprising a material particularly satisfactory in heat resistance is performed by cold forging. On this occasion, the material with excellent heat resistance is worked to form a valve head portion semifinished product (11) having a hollow hole (S11) whose inner diameter (?11) is equal to the maximum inner diameter (?11) of a hollow hole (S1) of a finished product of the valve head portion (1), and having a diameter-increased section (111) whose maximum outer diameter (?12) is equal to the maximum outer diameter (?12) of a diameter-increased section (1a) of the finished product. Parts of the valve head portion semifinished product other than a central part to a lower part of the diameter-increased section (111) are necked down by cold forging performed a plurality of times to obtain the finished product of the valve head portion (1). This method of obtaining the finished product is provided by the present invention.
