Abstract: A refill head for an oral care implement, such as a toothbrush, wherein the refill head utilizes a specially designed structure for coupling the refill head to an oral care implement handle that ensures proper alignment and simplifies the loading and unloading of the refill head to the oral care implement handle. In one embodiment, the refill head comprises a tubular sleeve forming a cavity and first and second upper cam surfaces that form shoulders within the cavity. The first and second upper cam surfaces are separated by first and second axial slots of different configurations that prevent loading of the refill head onto the oral care implement handle in an improper rotational orientation through interaction with first and second bosses on the oral care implement handle.

Abstract: A rotary brush turf sweeper includes a frame with a first and second brush carriage supporting a first and second rotary brush. The brush carriages include a first and second carriage bar extending lengthwise along the first and second rotary brush. The brush carriages pivotably attach to the frame by a mounting point on opposing ends of the first brush carriage, allowing the brush carriages to rotate about the attachment point. A brush height adjustment mechanism joins the carriage bars with an electronic actuator. The electronic actuator may be remotely operated to adjust the height of the rotary brushes from a work surface and elevate them so as not to touch the work surface. A first and second drive mechanism transfers rotational force from a pair of drive wheels, so that the rotary brushes always rotate as the device is towed by a vehicle.

Abstract: An elastic pull rope with maximum tensile range limitation functions has a soft elastic pipe casing forming a closed threading space inside the pipe body. The side edges of the pipe casing are provided with evenly distributed convex and concave folding edges. Elastic strips, made of multiple elastic cords, go straight through the long threading space. Pulling joint parts are configured on the elastic strips, and each part matches the corresponding position of the concave folding edges of the pipe casing. A plurality of pulling woven cords are formed on the inner side of the concave folding edges, so as to bind and fix the pulling joint parts on the elastic strips with the concave folding edges. Two flat-type binding strips are formed on the two ends of the pipe casing and the elastic strips. Extending strips are formed respectively by extending the ends of the two flat-type binding strips.

Abstract: A molding hook and loop fastener includes a plurality of surface fastener portions and a coupling member that is formed of a resilient body and connects the surface fastener portions. The coupling member includes a pair of vertical wall coupling portions which is continuously disposed along a longitudinal direction on both sides in between an engaging element area and which connects the surface fastener portions. With this configuration, when the molding hook and loop fastener is integrally molded to a cushion body, it is possible to prevent a resin material from penetrating into the engaging element area of the surface fastener portion and to stably secure a desired fastening strength at the engaging element area.

Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a piezoelectric device, a compressive stress film is formed on a back surface of a piezoelectric single crystal substrate opposite to a surface on an ion-implanted side. The compressive stress film compresses the surface on the ion-implanted side of the piezoelectric single crystal substrate. The compressive stress produced by the compressive stress film is applied to half of the piezoelectric single crystal substrate on the ion-implanted side with respect to the center line of the thickness of the piezoelectric single crystal substrate to prevent the piezoelectric single crystal substrate from warping. A supporting substrate is then bonded to the surface of a bonding film on the flat piezoelectric single crystal substrate. The joined body of the piezoelectric single crystal substrate and the supporting substrate is then heated to initiate isolation at the ion-implanted portion as the isolation plane.
