The key points of the technical solutions are as follows. An exhaust separation device is installed in a crankcase of an engine. An oil-gas separation technology is adopted to manufacture an oil-gas separator and a diffusion vortex chamber. According to an aerodynamic principle, the separation degree of the exhaust is improved through compression and high speed vortex in the energy saving device, in such a manner that engine oil vapor in the exhaust is separated from combustible mixed gases, and then sent to the engine via an air intake throttle. The present invention enables complete combustion of the fuel, so as to achieve effects of oil-saving and emission-reducing.

Pressure pulse cycle times are minimized by using large diameter hydraulic lines. A fluid accumulator in each channel stores pre-pressurized fluid to avoid pressure delivery delays due to limited pump output. In embodiments, the outputs of the two delivery channels can be combined to deliver pressure pulses to the part under test (PUT) from either channel in any desired sequence, or one channel can be used to return the PUT to its initial status. Embodiments gate the pressure pulses using servo valves, which can have pressure outputs that are proportional to their control signals, thereby enabling shaped output pressure profiles according to shaping of the control signals. The pressure channels can be further split into first and second branches which set the ranges over which the channel output can be varied.

Abstract: Provided is a stroke simulator in which the piston operates smoothly without being inhibited from displacement thereof by the negative pressure generated in the closed space, even if the piston is configured to be displaced so as to close the space in which the elastic member is housed, and to elastically deform the elastic member. A stroke simulator, in which a simulator piston presses a first return spring, which is housed in a bottomed cylindrical portion, from an opening portion side of the cylindrical portion, to cause the first return spring to be elastically deform, and to generate a brake reaction force. When the opening portion is closed by the simulator piston, a brake fluid filled in the cylinder portion is taken into the inside of the cylindrical portion via a flow path leading to the inside of the cylindrical portion from a second cylinder.
