Abstract: The present subject matter provides a dryer appliance. The dryer appliance includes an impeller assembly. The impeller assembly is rotatable about an axis of rotation in order to urge a flow of air through a drum of the dryer appliance. The impeller assembly includes a base plate and an annular front plate spaced apart from the base plate. A plurality of blades extends between the base plate and the annular front plate. The size and position of the base plate, the annular front plate and the plurality of blades relative to one another can assist with urging the flow of air through the drum of the dryer appliance.

Abstract: The invention concerns a method for the recovery of thermal energy from a steam dryer 2 with a closed circulation 2.1 that produces excess steam SS characterised in that the excess steam SS is condensed to an unclean condensate UC in a steam regeneration unit 3 and in that thermal energy in the unclean condensate UC is recovered by being transferred to a district heating medium HW in a heat exchanger 4 for district heating. The invention concerns also a system for the recovery of thermal energy from a steam dryer 2 with a closed circulation 2.1.

Abstract: An apparatus for drying foodstuffs involves a pallet supporting a stack of containers containing the foodstuffs. The pallet has a perimeter on which the stack of containers is sealingly supportable. The top of the pallet has at least one aperture to permit air flow therethrough, and the top, bottom and sides of the pallet define a ventilation duct for receiving air through the top of the pallet. A low pressure plenum in fluid communication and sealingly engaged with the ventilation duct draws air down vertically through the foodstuffs through the top of the pallet and out of the ventilation duct into the plenum. A drying installation involves the apparatus in a climate controlled room. A method of processing foodstuffs involves controlling temperature, relative humidity or both temperature and relative humidity of air in the room and drawing the air in the room vertically down past the foodstuffs until the foodstuffs are processed.

The open drain trough has two vertical sides with perforations. The air flows from the air blower, through the system of tubules and into the open drain trough through the perforations in the sides of the open drain trough, so that when the sensor detects the presence of a dish in the open drain trough, the air blower is activated causing the air to dry the dish in the open drain trough.

In further examples, the subsea actuators can be attached to the excavator through a carrier frame or other excavator guides rather than directly to the excavator.

The force applied to the pressure member causes the pressure member to distort and apply pressure to the piston to extend the piston outward to interact with the engaging surface of the second component to restrain the second component.

Correspondingly, the deer maintain or replenish the scent of the lure mitigating the need for a human to artificially do the same. The visual lure is maintained in position on the base be a column within which a lower end of the visual lure is received, and a lock that maintains the visual lure within the column.

A biasing member is mounted within the body. The biasing member is adapted to bias the forward cam against the forward cam surface. A method of redirecting a track of the fishing lure is also disclosed.

The Hook Teaser is characterized by having a lip (1) of flat and smooth surface, to which a lead weight (11) is added and crossed (lip (1)) on the top and inside by a metal body of circular cross-section (10, 14, 15) with two sockets (10,15), being these sockets (10,15) situated on both ends, giving the lip (1) an oblique angle (7) in relation to the metal body of circular cross-section (10, 14, 15) and giving the hook (5,6) a type of traction in water that causes a more natural motion, identical to that of a live bait and, consequently, causes the movement of the softbait in the water to be more realistic similar to that of live and/or weakened fish. The Hook Teaser aims to address the total lack of products to “bring to life” the artificial movement of softbaits used in this type of fishing.

This device avoids any moving parts or triggers and is capable of returning any size fish or multiple fish at the same time.

Abstract: A portable, self-sustaining, automatic device for eliminating mosquito larvae operates throughout the entire mosquito breeding season. Mosquitos are lured to lay eggs in the stagnant water contained within a breeding bowl of the device. The subsequent larvae is disposed of by tipping the bowl or uncovering a bottom bowl opening to empty the bowl of water and larvae and kill the larvae in a timed cycle before they become mosquitoes. A water reservoir supplies sufficient water to replenish the bowl throughout the season. The device is solar powered and timed to correspond to mosquito breeding cycles.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a system for carrying out this method as well as the use of this system for extracting buds 8 from a stalk 1 of a graminaceous plant.

Abstract: Disclosed is a pivotally mounted window and screen assembly. The device includes a T-shaped vertical support bar that is hingedly attached to a screen and a window frame, in which a window sash is mounted. The window frame is adapted to swing outward, while the screen is adapted to swing inward so that the window sash is unobstructed and can swing open the full 180 degree range relative to the vertical support bar. The present invention further includes a locking mechanism that secures the window sash and the screen in an open position. In this way, a user can open the window to access and clean the exterior side of the window without extending any portion of the body outside of a building. The present invention may be constructed to be installed into any window opening of a building.
