In a first version of the invention, a separate vertical baseboard member slides in a slot within height adjustment member. Pins inserted into vertical baseboard member keep it from sliding down and determine the lifter height. In a second version of the invention, the vertical baseboard member connects to height adjustment member by means of hinged height segments that can be in a horizontal or vertical orientation. Clips attached over the hinges keep them in a vertical orientation and determine the lifter height.
