  • Patent number: 9212680
Abstract: A tie bar for connecting an equipment fitting of an equipment module to a structure fitting of a fuselage cell structure. At each end the tie bar has a fork head each with a fork head hole for a bolt. The spacing between the fork heads can be continuously adjusted. A captive bushing is utilized for sound and vibration decoupling. The bushings which are a press fit in the fork head holes can no longer fall out during the handling of the tie bars 10. The dimensions of the bushings made of plastic are adapted to the respective application scenario by a tolerance calculation and guarantee an effective sound and vibration decoupling between the structure fitting and the equipment fitting.

  • Patent number: 9212681
Abstract: A device comprising a shaft and a fastener. The device requires substantially no tools to apply while generally maintaining the basic shape of a common clevis pin and the robustness of a common cotter pin. The fastener passes through a bore hole in the shaft. A cap positions onto a shaft head, and includes a ridge that engages a slot in the shaft head. The cap and head have low profiles and are non-protuberant, so as to minimize snagging, inadvertent release, and/or damage to contacting objects. A plunger positions inside the shaft, passing through a plunger spring. The plunger spring provides a compressive force that presses against the fastener to hold it in place. Removing the cap reduces the compressive force. The shaft cannot be released by external pressure on the shaft head. A compressive element helps secure the fastener in a shaft cross bore.

  • Patent number: 9212688
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a snap ring which is configured such that pressure which is applied from a purse line to the snap ring or multiple rollers is distributed to two rollers rather than being focused on one roller. A first side part and a second side part of a frame are formed diagonally such that the purse line that is disposed on the first side roller or the second side roller is easily moved towards an intermediate roller along the first side part or the second side part. Thereby, pressure which is applied from the purse line to the snap ring or the multiple rollers can be evenly distributed to the first side roller and the intermediate roller or to the second side roller and the intermediate roller rather than being focused on only one roller. • Patent number: 9212707
Abstract: The invention provides a power transmission device in which the switching mechanism and control operation can be simplified. Different directions are established for the relative rotation in which the first sprag engages the inner race and the outer race, and the relative rotation in which the second sprag engages the inner and outer races, whereby the inner retainer and the outer retainer are caused to move relative to each other about an axial center O by a load imparting device, and either the first sprag or the second sprag can be made to engage the inner race and the outer race. The combined retention of the first sprag and the second sprag by the inner retainer and the outer retainer actuates the load imparting device to allow the power transmission direction to be switched all at once, resulting in a simpler switching mechanism and control operation.

Abstract: A fiber reinforced plastic spring is provided, in which broken pieces can be prevented from being scattered when breaking without using any additional member and variation in load when breaking can be reduced. FRP spring has a layered structure having basic unit consisting of a positive direction orientating layer and a negative direction orientating layer 22. By appropriately setting an absolute value of orientating angles of each layer, fibers in the positive direction orientating layer and the negative direction orientating layer can be entangled mutually, and thus, the spring as a whole exhibits pseudo-ductility in a breakage condition. Elastic modulus and strength available for use as a spring can be obtained and breaking at a resin portion between fibers can be prevented in each layer.

Abstract: In a high-frequency mode (a small-amplitude mode), a shock absorber opens a guide member to reduce a damping force. In a low-frequency mode (a large-amplitude mode), the shock absorber prevents the guide member from being opened by increasing a pressure of a second pressure chamber formed between a second piston (lower piston) and a pilot valve through a groove (passage) formed in an outer periphery of a piston rod. A main damping force is generated through the second pressure chamber and a disk valve assembly. Therefore, it is possible to provide a round ride comfort having a damping feeling and ensure a steering stability through a linear vehicle control.
