Abstract: This invention relates to an elastic belt chair rest part realized by an elastic belt chair consisting of or comprising the surrounding frame and the backed seat. The backed seat includes a seat and a back. The seat is made of the same material for the surrounding. It is characterized in that the back is woven by tensioned elastic belts, and the two belts ends are respectively fixed to the surrounding frame and seat. This brings a novel and unique shape, and more substantial and comfortable fit and feeling. The sitter will feel no deformation and reduced tension in the hip area. The back can be forcefully supported by the elastic belts woven in a Z shape. Additionally, the belts can be made from colorful and foldable elastic belts with the surrounding frames in different colors.

Each of the individual fingers of the moldable seat base and the moldable backrest may be further divided into individually adjustable sections.

The pillow segments are generally rectangular defining interlocking members which facilitate the stacking and interlock of the pillow segments in a vertical stack. The head and neck support defines a pillow resting surface and a head resting surface. The head resting surface further defines an ear clearance cavity surrounded by a face support surface. The head and neck support further includes a flexible mesh fabric ear coupling having an outer edge joined to and surrounding the face support surface and encircling the ear-receiving cavity. The ear-receiving cavity is sized to receive the user's ear into the ear coupling and is elastically constricted to close upon the user's ear between the ear and head surface to captivate the ear.

Abstract: A climate-controlled bed capable of adapting to the needs of a sleeper via a closed loop feedback control system is provided. The bed includes a thermoelectric energy source, a sensor configured to monitor a physiological temperature of a sleeper, and a control system that regulates a temperature of the bed via the thermoelectric energy source. The control system can utilize data from the sensor to determine optimal thermal needs of the sleeper. The control system can also vary the temperature of the bed during a sleep cycle based on at least one predetermined sleep factor, such as the natural circadian temperature cycle.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide infant carrying devices. In particular, embodiments described herein provide infant inserts to carry an infant in a child carrier. Inserts according to various embodiments can comprise a flexible panel having a curved shape that narrows toward one end of the panel. The panel can define a front opening to an area to hold the infant. A cushion can be disposed at the bottom of the area to hold the infant. The infant insert can be adapted to support an infant in a wearer facing position with the infant's knees raised. In particular, embodiments of infant inserts can be adapted to promote a spread-squat-position.

Each of the play yards and play yard mattresses is light weight and breathable, yet has sufficient structural integrity to support an enclosed child or infant. In other embodiments, play yards feature a mattress placed above a base assembly, such that an interior space is formed between the mattress and base assembly, said interior space being substantially void of any articles or other materials. The scores do not intersect but stop and produce various alterations in the converging score pattern. In response to the detected period of inactivity, the smart smallware may transmit an indication of the detected period of inactivity. This transmitted indication may cause an external monitoring device to notify a waitperson that a customer associated with that smart smallware may require attention. Abstract: Disclosed is an oyster shucking device, of which both manual and automated embodiments are envisioned. An exemplary embodiment is constructed of aluminum and/or stainless steel and may be mounted on a wooden, steel or plastic base. A double roller bearing arrangement housed in a bearing box above a spike and positioning cylinder generates an efficient transfer of an actuation force to an oyster hinge while providing a user with the ability to adjust the amount of force applied to the oyster. Additionally, the spike and positioning cylinder arrangement provides for consistent and stable alignment of the spike all the way through a stroke. Further, the vertical travel of the spike as guided by the positioning cylinder provides for a wide range of travel by the spike to accommodate various oyster sizes without having to reconfigure or adjust the setup of the device.

The rinse hanger is differentiated by a hook and cap assembly configured to provide swivel function; longitudinal fillets for improved structural support and weight displacement; a male adapter extending along a longitudinal axis; the hanger body being symmetrical about the longitudinal axis; and other features as described herein. A user hangs a wetsuit on the hanger and places the hook end of the hanger on a structural support, a quick release connector and hose is then coupled to the hanger and water flow is communicated through holes in the hanger body to rinse the inside of the wetsuit. The quick release connector and hose are removed, and a spray nozzle is coupled to the quick connector and hose, the spray nozzle is used to rinse an outside of the wetsuit. The hanger is then hung for drying and storage.

Abstract: An enhanced boot tray that combines the functions of a boot tray, shoe scraper, foot rest or stool. This boot tray has a plurality of upward extending projections connected to a flat base, The base is surrounded by a wall that may rise up to the height of the projections to serve as an additional scraping surface for footwear. This boot tray may optionally be used with a foot rest designed with a top surface that has the same characteristics as the tray, and walls elevating the top surface. When used with the foot rest, the boot tray is placed underneath to save space while providing additional space to store footwear. The foot rest also serves as a boot tray and shoe scraper.

Abstract: A cooking device includes, in one embodiment, a body and a cooking surface. The body defines a cavity. One or more sensors are located within the cavity. The cooking device also includes a processor operable to receive recipe requirements, determine whether an ingredient which has been deposited onto the cooking surface satisfies the recipe requirements, and generate an alert during the cooking of the meal. The alert prompts a change in a cooking environment to satisfy the recipe requirements.
