Abstract: A multifunctional strap system for portable electronic devices having a case and a strap on the back of the case. The case securely holds a protective electronic device while allowing access to all necessary features of the device. The strap securely couples a user's hand or other personal effects to the device. The strap may also be attached to a clip that removably attaches the strap to the bottom of the device. The detachable clip of the strap allows the strap system to loop around and be secured onto an object. The case may have an insert that can be used as a kickstand or a protective cover of a card held into place by the strap.

Abstract: A headband can be used by medical doctors and animal technicians for a safe and efficient hands-free method of transporting filled, capped, medical syringes (without needle) and/or treatment items to treat patients, pastured cattle and livestock, and other pets, reducing risk of injury and stress to both technician and patients/animals, saving time, money, manpower, and medicinal product. The headband generally includes, the main elements—a headband strap to be fastened around the head that has heavy duty elastic gripping sleeves (loops) threaded onto it. Three of the sleeves are moveable along the strap, one is fixed (sewn) in place. These sleeves are used to hold various size syringes tightly to the headband to allow for hands-free work. The fixed sleeve has a seam, making it suitable to hold smaller 1-3 ml syringes.

Abstract: A connector apparatus having a base and a clip is used to attach a mobile device to an article of clothing. The base may include a front surface, a rear surface, and an outer edge. The rear surface is attachable to an object, such as a mobile device. The clip is pivotally attached to the outer edge of the base and includes an inner edge forming an inner opening in between. The clip includes a gate having an open position where the inner opening in exposed, and a closed position where the inner opening is enclosed.

Abstract: The holster securely locks the handheld device, such as a radio within the holster body and allows the radio or device to be readily inserted or removed with a single hand. The holster has a resilient polymer body molded to have an integral pair of retention ears, which hinge to securely lock the device in place and a projection member, which applies an outward force on the device to urge it outward from the holster when the retention ears are manually disengaged.

Abstract: A snow brush assembly is formed of a brush handle ergonomically designed, angled at each end thereof. These angles allow the user to stand clear of the vehicle and direct snow away from the person, keeping the person dry and clean. A brush head is attached at one end of the brush handle and includes a brush holder with a brush that can be positioned at various angles relative to the brush handle. A protective cover is selectively installed over the brush and is provided with squeegee. An ice scraper is removably attached to another end of the brush handle.

Abstract: An apparatus for application to a broom that includes a broom head provides enhanced cleaning. A skirt of polar fleece fabric has a yoke long enough so that one end of the polar fleece fabric laps the other end when wrapped around the broom head. Hook and loop fasteners on the yoke where one end laps the other end enable the skirt to remain wrapped around the broom head. A plurality of strips that are at least one to three inches longer than the height of the broom head and bristles depend from the yoke. The skirt of polar fleece fabric yoke and strips are conveniently made of a single piece of fabric. A fabric with a stretchable direction transverse to a non-stretchable direction works best if the yoke is substantially parallel to the non-stretchable direction.

Abstract: A method of using a device for washing and rinsing brushes includes providing the device, washing a brush head along a plurality of first texturing features distributed over a first surface region of the device, and rinsing the brush head along a plurality of second texturing features extending along a second surface region of the device. The first texturing features provide a directionally neutral first texture adapted for movement of the brush head substantially equally in all directions along the first surface region, and the second texturing features provide a directionally oriented second texture adapted for movement of the brush head in a predetermined direction along the second surface region.

Abstract: A foldable table includes a tabletop having a top side and a bottom side, a leg frame, and a stacking arrangement which includes a stackable rim integrally and downwardly extended from the top side of the tabletop to a position that a bottom edge of the stackable rim is downwardly extended below the bottom side of the tabletop, wherein a stacking area is defined within the bottom edge of the stackable rim that the stacking area is larger than a top area of the top side of the tabletop. Therefore, when two or more foldable tables are stacked together, the top side of the foldable table is received within the stacking area of another foldable table to substantially retain the two foldable tabletops in position and avoid a lateral relative movement between the foldable tables.

A self-locking of the drive (EA) is designed in such a manner that the tabletop (PL) moves downward in the event of a defined load on the tabletop (PL). The table further comprises an energy accumulator (BAT, FE), wherein the table (TBL) is designed in such a manner that energy resulting from a downward movement of the tabletop (PL) is stored at least in part in the energy accumulator (BAT, FE).

Abstract: A cable management apparatus configured to be secured to a desk or similar structure wherein the cable management apparatus is operable to provide support and routing for a plurality of electronic cables. The cable management apparatus further includes a support plate. The support plate includes an outer surface having a plurality of hooks extending outward and upward therefrom. A support member is provide that is planar in manner and being manufactured from a flexible material. The support member is square in shape and includes an upper edge and a lower edge. A first group of apertures are present along the upper edge and a second group of apertures are proximate the lower edge of the support member. The support member is configured to have a plurality of openings arranged in a consistent pattern to allow a user to independently route one cable in an alternate direction.

Abstract: The present invention provides a low profile storage rack that attaches to the rear/interior surface of a kitchen cabinet door. The low profile storage rack includes a rear surface that confronts the rear of the door, a front surface opposite the rear surface, and a plurality of rows of ledges that extend outwardly perpendicularly relative to the storage rack width and height. Optionally, the storage rack has a low profile (thickness) so that it may fit into the unused space between the cabinet door, the cabinet face frame, and the shelves contained therein and is light weight so that the storage rack can be attached to a cabinet door with non-damaging, removable frame/poster hangers or other reusable adhesives.

Abstract: A gun mount concealable under a garment including a hanger with a hook attached to a longitudinal member defining a central channel for receiving opposing threaded ends of a mount loop. The mount may be placed in a closet among a user's wardrobe, affording secure storage to personal firearms in the event of an emergency while concealing the presence of the guns to unauthorized users.

An upper saddle is adapted to receive a weapon in a protective bag. The upper saddle has a first wide opening farthest from a back surface of the upper saddle, an intermediate transition portion where the width of the opening narrows from the wide opening, and a rectangular opening closest to the back surface, a threaded means to attach the upper saddle to the vertical wall. A weapon in sits in the weapon storage system at a slant angle of about 17 degrees plus or minus 10 degrees.

Abstract: A folding chair having seat, backrest, front leg, and rear leg interconnected with backrest pivoted to front leg and back leg, and seat pivoted to front leg and back leg so as to lock backrest when chair is unfolded, and when weight is applied to the seat a force is applied further locking the backrest. A modification provides a folding chair with outer and inner frames for locking backrest and rear leg in position when chair is unfolded for use.

A drawer, plush ornament, recess, or sports equipment can be provided at a lower supporting portion of the chair. Feet made of sports equipment can be attached to the bottom of the frame. A backrest opening can receive a piece of sports equipment.

Embodiments of the invention include a symmetrical sofa stretcher rail with two ends that are mirror images of each other, which can thus be coupled to a seat box frame and installed inside a sofa frame with either end of the sofa stretcher rail coupling to either the front or rear of the sofa frame. In embodiments, the sofa stretcher rail may be pre-assembled as part of a seat box frame, and pivoted between a position parallel to the seat box frame and a position perpendicular to the seat box frame. Embodiments of the sofa stretcher rail include a curved central body, interior pivot tabs, fastening plates, and exterior mounting plates, having a plurality of attachment points for fastening the sofa stretcher rail to a sofa frame coupled to the seat box frame.

Abstract: A pressure control and feedback system for an adjustable foam support includes a vacuum pump for drawing air from a hermetically sealed foam core to reduce the firmness of the core. A valve opens to permit and closes to block the passage of air into and out of the core. A remotely operated controller generates control signals to selectively start and stop operation of the pump, and selectively open and close the valve, which provides a selected level of pneumatic pressure and corresponding firmness in the core. A pressure sensor detects the pressure and firmness of the core and generates representative feedback signals. An indicator device responsive to the feedback signals indicates the sensed firmness of the core. Software calibrates the system and provides the system with intelligent operation.

Abstract: A mattress protector includes upper and lower central portions connected respectively to an upper end and a lower end of a peripheral portion. Each of the upper and lower central portions has a TPU lining layer on the inner side. The peripheral portion has a TPU lining layer on the inner side and a PU shell layer on the outer side. The peripheral portion also has a waterproof zipper in its middle section. The contact areas of the two central portions and of the peripheral portion are connected together by a laminator through a hot pressing process to form the hollow mattress protector. The TPU lining layers on the inner side of the mattress protector are fused together to form a sealed and gap-free inner structure.

The plurality of supporting components is disposed around the folding component and for supporting the mattress. An end of each of the plurality of supporting components is pivotally connected to the folding component, and the other end of each supporting component is fixed on an edge position of the hammock. The operation of the supporting mechanism is easy so that the hammock and the bedstead can be folded or unfolded together. Accordingly, the present invention is to provide a crib therewith.

Abstract: An earthquake-activated shelf security system has two guide rails attached to both sides of a shelf or pallet rack. At least one retainer is moveably constrained to move along the guide rails by a rotating loop located on each end of the retainer. The guide rail has a retainer rest portion and allows the retainer to rest in a prepared configuration without moving down the rail unless acted upon by a shaking event such as an earthquake. A movable backstop may be provided to allow the user to adjust the sensitivity of the system to earthquakes. A mesh net that rolls down may be provided to provide additional security to items being stored on the shelf.

Abstract: A removable hanging device configured to be retained within one of a lattice fence and a chain-link fence is disclosed, wherein the hanging device includes a retaining element having a substantially square cross-section configured to be received in a square opening formed in a fence, a hanger body configured to allow an article to be supported thereby, and a shaft connecting the retaining element to the hanger body. The retaining element is aligned with and extended through the square opening of the fence prior to being rotated to orient a top surface of the hanger body parallel to a ground surface. The rotation of the hanging device causes the retaining element to be oriented at 45° with respect to the square opening, causing the retaining element to be secured within the fence as the retaining element is unable to be removed from the square opening without first rotating the hanging device.

A tubular reinforcing structure extends along the forward free edge of each wall, and aligned openings are in the strip and the reinforcing structures. A plurality of shelves having front and rear corners and opposite side corners are supported on the frame between the walls, with the rear corners engaged in respective openings in the strip and the side corners engaged in respective openings in the reinforcing structures. A forward portion of the shelves projects forwardly of the frame for greater visibility of and access to articles supported on the shelves. A reinforcing brace extends diagonally in each shelf from the rear corner to the front corner, whereby the shelves are essentially cantilevered from the frame.

Abstract: The present invention comprises serving apparatus which includes a bottom base which is a substantially planar closed surface for resting on a substantially horizontal surface. The apparatus also includes a substantially oval wall extending from the base having inside and outside surfaces that are smooth and uninterrupted between the base and an open top end. The apparatus also has a flange attached at the top end that extends horizontally inward and a pour channel positioned through the flange creating an aperture, wherein the pour channel, the flange, the outside surface of the wall and the inside surface of the wall form a smooth and uninterrupted surface. Furthermore, the flange causes a substance within the serving apparatus to fall back onto an object when the object is slid up the inside surface of the wall and contacts the flange.

There are one or more candleholders with a permanent magnet located at the bottom of each holder. A plurality of electromagnets is fixed inside the table stand underneath the top surface. Underneath the top surface of the cake stand is one or more integrated circuit boards with circuitry for controlling the switch of magnetic poles of said electromagnets in a group and causing regulated stepping movement of the candleholders by utilizing the magnetic force between magnets in candleholders and the ones inside the table stand. It provides an all-hardware solution that does not require software programming and is easy and economical to manufacture.

The attachment device has a vertically oriented insertion member that is tapered from top to bottom and is removably inserted into one of the plurality of openings in the receptacle.

A water storage pool (41) and a control circuit are arranged in the base (4). A pressure sensor (7) is also mounted in the base (4). A steam inlet pipe (72) of the pressure sensor (7) is connected with the juice accumulating plate (3) and a signal output terminal of the pressure sensor (7) is connected with the control circuit through a wire. A steam delivering device (8) is provided between the steam inlet pipe (72) and the juice accumulating plate (3). An upper end of a steam channel (81) is connected with the juice accumulating plate (3). A method for controlling the electric steamer is further provided.

Abstract: A device for brewing coffee including a jacketed brewing vessel and a manual siphon element and methods of using the device to brew coffee. The device includes a base having a bowl, a first neck communicatively connected to the bowl, and a second neck communicatively connected to the bowl; a brewing vessel communicatively connected to the first neck; and a siphon element communicatively connected to the second neck. Operating the siphon element results in a reduced pressure within the bowl. When the brewing vessel is full of a first volume of water, the reduced pressure within the bowl results in the volume of water flowing from the brewing vessel into the bowl. A second volume of water may be added to a jacket of the brewing vessel to change the temperature of the first volume of water.
