  • Patent number: 9347428
Abstract: According to the present invention, use is made of a drag-type blade in which the blade is constituted vertically and in multiple blocks while the inside thereof is formed so as to have an overlapping region, thereby achieving an aerodynamic characteristic whereby there is a large initial torque for rotating the blade of the wind energy electricity generator from the stationary state such that the rotational moment is increased. On the outside thereof, use is made of airfoil-type blades, thereby obtaining rapid rotational acceleration with tip-speed ratio no less than 1.0 and effecting wind energy electricity generation even with a low wind velocity regardless of the wind direction, and thus the present invention is economic and can be installed at low cost unaffected by place or position and is environmentally friendly while nevertheless being able to effect highly efficient wind energy electricity generation.

  • Patent number: 9347433
Abstract: A Wind Power system employing a three-tube tower, double, counter-rotating blades and a means to carry the wind energy power to a remotely located generator. The system employs a method to transmit the power from a horizontal vector to a vertical vector by means of a 90° magnetic translating method which delivers the power with no power loss. The system, by the physical placement of the generator, transformer, switches and controls, provide a great reduction in tower support weight and further provides for a cost efficient system. To further the overall efficiency of the system, special designs of the leading edge of the blades are fitted with tubercles which allow the blades to be pitched at greater angles, thereby increasing the power which can be gathered. This system, due to the teachings of this invention, can be constructed, installed and maintained at a substantially lower cost than that of a wind system currently being employed in the industry.

Abstract: Disclosed is a cross-flow fan where an inner diameter (d) and an outer diameter (D) of a fan blade meet the relationship expressed by 0.55?d/D?0.95. In cross-flow fan, (N) representing number of fan blades, a chord length (L) and outer diameter (D) of fan blades, and (M) representing number of blade wheels meet the relationships expressed by of 0.6?L/(?D/N)?2.8 and 0.15??D/(N×M)?3.77. A plurality of blade wheels are stacked on each other in a manner that a displacement angle (?) is generated within the range of (1.2×360°/(N×M))???(360°/N) between adjacent blade wheels. The displacement angle (?) is set so that the overlapping number of fan blades having an equal installation angle is at most 5% of N×M representing a total number of fan blades. The present invention can provide a cross-flow fan that can succeed in noise reduction, a molding die used to produce the cross-flow fan, and a fluid feeder equipped with the cross-flow fan.
