Abstract: Dry, plied roll paper is transformed into hand wetted roll paper that may be used either dry, or selectively hand wetted using the device of the invention. The device is applied to the paper in liquid form, heated and cooled to form a plastic solid which becomes part of the paper. The device is then shaped into a container filled with an anti-bacterial cleaning agent, or other agent, and assembled on the paper between the top and bottom paper ply. The device is made on a modified roll-to-roll winding machine while the machine is in motion. This manufacturing method is more efficient than adding externally sourced batch-made wetting devices to paper. The hand wetted roll paper can be used as paper towels or toilet paper for dry and/or wet hygienic cleaning. The paper may have other properties depending on the agent used.

Abstract: A work vehicle includes an arm. An arm cylinder drives the arm. A direction control valve operates the arm cylinder by allowing supply of a hydraulic oil to the arm cylinder as a spool moves. An oil path is connected to the direction control valve. A pilot oil for moving the spool flows through the oil path. A proportional solenoid valve for arm excavation is provided in the oil path. An arm control member is provided for an operator to operate drive of the arm. An amount of operation of the arm control member is equal to or smaller than a prescribed value in a first operation state and greater than the prescribed value in a second operation state. A command current instructing an opening of the proportional solenoid valve for arm excavation is set to a constant value in the first operation state.

Abstract: A hybrid work machine has an engine, an assist motor, a hydraulic pump which is driven by the total torque of the engine and the assist motor, and an electric storage device which accumulates electric power generated by the assist motor and supplies the electric power when the assist motor performs electric discharge. The continuous electric discharge from the electric storage device due to continuous operation at high load pressure can be suppressed without an operator experiencing an unusual operational characteristic. To this end, a pump flow rate correction control unit judges whether each hydraulic pump is in a high load operation state or not based on the output horsepower and/or the delivery pressure of each hydraulic pump and performs control such that the delivery flow rate gradually decreases when the hydraulic pump is in the high load operation state and this state continues beyond a predetermined time.
