Abstract: In a URL error-correcting method, after a URL is received from a terminal, a server determines whether a web page corresponding to the URL exists. When there is no web page corresponding to the URL, the server determines that the URL is an incorrect URL. Similarity matching is performed using the URL with a URL in a URL database, to acquire a pre-determined quantity of URLs that are most similar to the URL, as alternative error-corrected URLs. The error-corrected URLs are sent to the terminal. The correctness of a URL is determined by means of determining whether a web page corresponding to the URL exists. When the URL is incorrect, similarity matching is performed with a URL in a URL database to obtain URLs possibly needed by a user, so as to achieve error correction of a URL.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a medical image storing method, an information exchanging method, and apparatuses. A method includes: acquiring a medical image and a reference image, where the medical image and the reference image are images of a same region of a first object that are photographed at different times; determining an increment of the medical image relative to the reference image; and storing the increment of the medical image relative to the reference image. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, an increment of a medical image relative to a reference image is determined, and only the reference image and the increment of the medical image relative to the reference image are stored, thereby reducing storage space occupied by a medical image.

Abstract: A medical device for facilitating data direction to storage in a patient-specific electronic record is provided herein. In embodiments, the medical device visually presents patient data received from devices that more directly capture physiological data. The medical device is associated with a patient corresponding to the physiological data, and communicates the patient data to a centralized server for processing and forwarding to a database, which includes an electronic record that is specific to the patient. Then, the medical device may be dissociated from the patient.

Abstract: A Physician Study Manager may be a centralized or de-centralized data management system for medical industries, such as the sleep medicine and wellness industry. The manager may be administered by a web portal and offered as a software service. Data may be collected from relevant stakeholders of the sleep medicine and wellness industries in coordination with capable medical diagnostic equipment. The manager may improve medical care coordination by automating the workflow of medical processes in addition to improving a patient's treatment through streamlined data visualization and processing, record retainage, and diagnostic reporting. The manager may manage the needs of everyone involved in the diagnosis, treatment, and care of sleep related conditions by providing access to patient information. Users may generate diagnostic and therapy reports, and transmit them to external entities, such as insurance or medical equipment providers, directly from the manager.

Abstract: Techniques for facilitating medical code searching include receiving an input search query, and processing the input search query to retrieve from a data set of hierarchically-related medical codes one or more matching codes relevant to the input search query. In response to the input search query, one or more selectable items may be presented, corresponding to the matching codes retrieved from the data set of hierarchically-related medical codes. A selection may be received from the user of one or more of the presented selectable items as satisfying the input search query, and the user may be permitted to include in the selection both first and second selectable items corresponding to first and second matching codes at the same level of hierarchy, as both satisfying the input search query.

Abstract: The invention is a hospital scheduling system that allows for real-time updates of the status of a medical procedure to be transmitted. More particularly, this transmission allows for the consistent flow of a pre-arranged sequence of events a hospital may use for patient treatment procedures. Once an event has transpired, notice of the event occurrence may be transmitted to interested personnel through specific transmission, or a general broadcast for all personnel such that updates may be checked by any interested hospital personnel. The devices capable of receiving the transmissions may be a wired device, or may be a portable wireless device, such as a hand-held unit. Moreover, the invention describes a pedal that may be capable of programming such that when specific areas of the pedal are compressed, coding will be sent to a computer for translation into status messages that may be transmitted through a network to any number of recipients.
