Abstract: A network management system includes an index of historical events, some of which are associated with at least one historical group type and including for the at least one historical group type, the probability that an historical group of that type will lead to a further event action. Further, the network management system includes for each historical event type, the probability that an historical event of that type will be in the at least one historical group; an event classifier for determining, from the index, an historical group type associated with a new event; an action probability classifier for determining the probability of a further event action occurring due to the new event based on the probability of the associated historical group leading to an historical further event action and the probability of the new event being in the associated historical group; and an event tagger for assigning the probability of the further event action to the new event.

Abstract: This application discloses a system which allow registrations or licenses for multiple jurisdictions to be electronically maintained on a mobile device or central server which are tied to an application running on a mobile device. The application running on the device may have several modes. Administrative mode allows for login and other administrative functions. Inquiry mode allows an operator to determine if he or she has necessary registrations, permits, licenses, or insurance coverage for the current location. Flight mode transmits location and identity to a central server at regular intervals which can be made available to local authorities or others. Verification mode allows an operator to provide proof of registrations, permits, or licenses to authorities. Purchase mode allows an operator to immediately and remotely obtain any needed but missing registration, permit, license or insurance coverage.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for performing a total unduplicated reach and frequency analysis that analyzes a large set of variables practically. A plurality of variables are received. A subset of the plurality of variables is identified as variables of interest. Variables are partitioned randomly into groups. Each of the groups of variables contains fewer than a predetermined maximum number of variables for each group. The best combination of variables within each group is found through a total unduplicated reach and frequency analysis of each group. The winning variable or variables within each group are identified based on the highest reach score. The winners from each group analysis are then pooled into a group, and the process is repeated. The combination from the second stage with the best reach is then reported. Additional variable combinations ranked by reach may also be reported.

Abstract: A method of negotiating prices and distributing products and services manages a product transaction between a plurality of buyer accounts and a seller account. The buyer accounts and the seller account are managed by a remote server. Through corresponding personal computing devices, the buyer accounts are able to submit a future product demand notification to the seller account. The seller account is able to submit an array of quoted prices in accordance to the future product demand received. After receiving negotiation feedback from the buyer accounts, the seller then adjusts the array of quoted prices. The process repeats until the buyer accounts and the seller account agree on a final price point. A monetary transaction is managed by the remote server between the core buyer accounts of the buyer accounts and the seller account. The product demand is then sent to the buyer accounts to receive the product as needed.
