Abstract: A hair extension comprises hair strands and a flexible hair extension strip that holds the hair strands. Each of the hair strands comprises a first end that is held by the hair extension strip and a second end that is free. The first ends of the hair strands are arranged in a thin layer. The thin layer of hair strand is contained in the hair extension strip. The hair extension strip comprises a thermoplastic holding material that holds the thin layer of hair strands, one or two retention meshes that retain softened thermoplastic holding material. The thermoplastic holding material consists of polyurethane or keratin. A method of manufacturing hair extension comprises steps of arranging a plurality of hair strands in a thin layer, placing a retention mesh on the thin layer, applying thermoplastic holding material on the retention mesh and curing the thermoplastic holding material.

The human orientation parameter includes a central axis of the neck part, a central axis of the side neck armpit part, a central axis of the armpit waist part and a central axis of the waist gluteal fold part.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cap having a foldable visor. More particularly, the present invention relates to a cap having a foldable visor that includes a fixed visor and a rotary visor, wherein the fixed visor extends from a cap body, and a rotation end, which is fixed to the fixed visor with a pin, is formed at the rotary visor to allow the rotary visor to rotate up and down with respect to one side of the fixed visor. The rotary visor is characterized in that a rotation angle thereof is easily maintained.

Abstract: An assembly is presented for covering a head of a wearer of an eye mask. The eye mask includes a mask strap to secure the eye mask around the head. The assembly includes a head covering to cover at least a portion of the head, with a first slot extending from a left side to a right side of the covering. A strap is received within the first slot such that opposing ends of the strap are operatively connected to the mask strap on the left side and right side of the covering. The head covering may also include a second slot that extends along a rear side of the covering to receive the mask strap such that the mask strap extends from a left side to a right side of the covering through the rear slot. A method is also presented for wearing the head covering and the eye mask.

Abstract: Head protective inserts are designed to be removably fitted within helmets such as, but not limited to, bicycle helmets, ski helmets, equestrian helmets, lacrosse helmets and football helmets. The inserts include an impact absorbing material formed of one or more polymeric materials having full elastic memory and, in some embodiments, may further include a thin polycarbonate outer layer adhered to the inner surface of the helmet. When fitted within a helmet, the inserts provide a significant increase in absorption and dissipation of impact forces beyond those forces absorbed by the structure and design of the helmet, without the need to change the size of the helmet. The inserts also provide increased comfort to the wearer and, in at least some embodiments, absorb and dissipate perspiration.

Abstract: A helmet having a movable and openable jaw shield is disclosed. The movable jaw shield is pivotable about a hinge located on the front of the helmet chin bar. The movable jaw shield in open configuration clears the space in front of the user's mouth to facilitate communications from the user. Preferably, the movable jaw shield may also be detached from the pivot to be removed or interchanged. The movable jaw shield is suited with a breath guard configured to mate with a protrusion on the lower front portion of goggles frames. The mating of the goggles and breath guard preferably substantially prevent environmental foreign materials from entering between the breath guard and goggles.

According to an example embodiment, an article of footwear that automatically secures to a user's foot includes a sole and a closure mechanism with a first portion and a second portion. The first portion of the closure mechanism is attached to the sole. The second portion extends away from the sole. Deformation of a surface of the closure mechanism actuates the closure mechanism such that it automatically moves from a first stable position to a second stable position. In the second stable position, the closure mechanism conforms to and applies a force to at least one of an upper surface of the article of footwear and an upper surface of a foot of a user of the article of footwear.

Abstract: The invention is a protective nail cover for use after nail polish application. The nail cover is one piece flexible rubber that has a “squeeze to open” mechanism. It is made of a flexible but firm rubber material that can be applied over each fingertip, extending to the first joint to cover the nail without touching the nail. It will have holes for ventilation around the bulb portion. This bubble nail cover can be squeezed gently at the sides to open. The cover will gently close over the finger and may be lined with some sponge like material to make it more comfortable.
