Abstract: The invention relates to the application of topical fluids to the skin of humans. For example, the topical fluid can be a viscous oil, medication, fragrance, cosmetic, or other topical fluid. The improvements in functionality, simplicity, and use allow for a more simple, reliable and versatile applicator for easier application of topical fluids. A retractable and refillable topical fluid applicator device allows for a topical fluid applicator to be repositionable from a first retracted position within a housing thereby preventing accidental contact to a second protracted position at which the applicator head is exposed for application of topical fluid. Improved applicator heads are disclosed which include a biasing member urging a rotatable applicator ball into a sealed position in connection with a sealing ring disposed around a periphery of the applicator head. Kits containing the retractable applicator device and a plurality of topical fluid cartridges are also disclosed.

The rotary-push type cosmetic container includes: a lower case; an upper case opening up and closing down with respect to the lower case; an internal container disposed in the lower case and filled with a cosmetic through the back; a rotary plate having an extraction hole at the center and moving up the internal container by rotating about a middle case in the lower case; a piston combined to the lower portion of the rotary plate to generate pressure for extracting the cosmetic in the internal container; and a nozzle plate elastically moved up and down by a spring between the piston and the rotary plate.

Abstract: The present subject matter pertains to a device that allows two different items of daily use to be connected together as a single article for the day to day convenience of the user. The subject matter employs connecting element which has dual engaging means to secure two articles at a time. It is used as an engaging means and also as a closing means for respective articles. The connecting element has different geometric features at its either ends so that it is used as an engaging means and a closing means for the articles with different geometric features.

Abstract: An ear repositioning and shielding clamp for protecting an ear from heat sources used in hair styling includes a pinch handle that is spring loaded. Each of a pair of jaws has a first edge coupled to the pinch handle. The jaws are substantially rigid. The jaws are biased to a closed position when the pinch handle is not pinched. Each of a pair of pads is coupled to a respective jaw. The pinch handle is configured to be pinched by the user, such that the jaws move in opposition to an open configuration to position the jaws around the ear. The pinch handle, upon release by the user, will motivate the jaws to resume a substantially closed position, inducing the user's ear to a safer position. The pads are configured to protect the user's ear from a nearby source of heat.

Abstract: A wearable headlight holder assembly includes a central rectangular webbing with two stretchable rings extending at distal ends, and a strip of Velcro sewed to the center of said webbing and used to detachably strap the webbing to a headband. The headlight holder assembly allows for the placement of a light source though the two stretchable rings and allows the user to illuminate a chosen area. The present design are more flexible to fit headlights with various sizes and cost-effective to manufacture. The flexible design also allows it to be attached to a headband, a clothing, belt, or forearm for uses including but not limited to exercising, repairs or camping.

Abstract: An improved hand held pen holding sleeve comprising a rigid barrel with a through bore abutting a deformable finger grip element also with a through bore. The pen holding sleeve is devoid of an ink reservoir or ink cartridge. The through bore of the pen holding sleeve is sized and configured to accept disposable stick pens and common pencils as the refill element. The deformable finger grip element is removable from the rigid barrel. The deformable finger grip element, formed of an elastomer, is the sole means for capturing and retaining the refill element within the pen holding sleeve.

Abstract: A hair brush includes a brush body and a brush pin holder. The brush body has a through frame hole provided for installing the brush pin holder, a base plate made of an elastic plastic material and integrally formed by injection molding, and a multiple of brush pins erected from a surface of the base plate. The base plate has a multiple through holes formed in an area enclosed by the frame hole. The design of the frame hole and through holes is provided for removing dirt accumulated at a root portion of the brush pin and allowing both front and back sides of the brush pin holder to have a good ventilation effect to prevent the growth of bacteria or the production of repulsive smells, so as to help maintaining the quality of hygiene of the whole hair brush.

A cleaning implement is slidably engaged through the cap and is positioned adjacent to an expandable slot of the one-way valve plate. The expandable slot is opened when the cleaning implement is pressed against the expandable slot, enabling cleaning fluid within the elongated hollow handle to exit through the expandable slot and into the cleaning implement. The cleaning implement includes a plurality of bristles that may be saturated by the cleaning fluid after the fluid exits the elongated hollow handle.
