Abstract: To provide a fastening tool that can solve problems that are raised upon locking the opening portion of clothing, baggage or the like, and can also positively lock the portion to be locked at a desired position without the necessity of any processing jobs, such as caulking, sewing and the like, so as to be freely detachably locked. The fastening tool is provided with at least a pair of fastening members a and b which have detachably attaching portions that are freely detachably attached to each other, and each of the fastening members a and b has a substrate with a piercing needle formed on one of the surfaces, a bottom plate that is penetrated by the piercing needle, a pierce catch made of a cap-shaped member to cover the tip of the penetrated piercing needle, and detachably attaching portions that are freely detachably engaged with each other.

Abstract: A fastening strip for touch fasteners is provided which includes a corrugated portion as well as fastening elements. The corrugated portion allows the strip to be bent in a plane perpendicular as well as parallel with the longitudinal axis of the strip such that it may be applied to curved surfaces and remain substantially flat. Fastening elements such as hooks, loops, mushroom-shaped, bulbous and double hooks may be included on both sides of the strip and on the walls of the channels that form the corrugations as well as between the corrugations. The corrugated fastening strips may be useful for automotive seating and diaper applications. Processes for forming the corrugated fastening strip area also disclosed.

The accessory apparatus may include first and second inner elastic members. The first inner elastic member may include filler material within the hollow interior thereof. Chosen indicia position and clock time are recorded and transmitted to non-included electronic device for further characterization or action. Non-included data receivers include cell phones, data tracking devices, or electronic games. Transferred data is available for continuous tracking, compilation, additional action, and verification of selected indicia.

The tracking unit is operationally coupled to the mobility unit such that the tracking unit steers the mobility unit. A remote unit is provided and the remote unit may be worn. Abstract: A solar powered cordless hair dryer. The solar powered cordless hair dryer includes a body having a barrel at one end and a handle extending downward from an opposing end. The barrel includes an air intake end and an air outlet end. A heating element and blower motor are disposed within the housing and are operable via a control disposed on an exterior surface of the housing. LED lights are disposed on the exterior surface of the housing facing the direction of the air outlet end of the barrel. A rechargeable battery provides power to the heating element, blower motor, and LED lights. A solar panel is disposed on an upper surface of the barrel and is configured to convert sunlight into electrical energy in order to recharge the rechargeable battery.

Abstract: A system and method of temporarily lifting sections of skin on and about the face and neck proximate the ear so as to produce a facelift effect. An application template is provided that can be hung around the ear. At least two sections of tape are provided. One section of tape is connected to the top end of the application template. A second section of tape is connected to the bottom end of the application template. The application template orients both sections of tape. Once the sections of tape are adhered to the skin, the application template is removed. An elastic element is then joined between the sections of tape an creates a tension force that causes the tape to pull the skin toward the ear.

Abstract: A tool holder designed for battery operated power tools is attachable to a belt and has a quick release to allow access to the power tool. The tool holder grasps the power tool at the handle between the battery pack of the tool and the housing containing the operative part. The tool holder is made of a flat material such as metal or a high-density plastic and comprises a mechanical latch that secures the power tool within the holder until the user disengages the latch to allow removal of the tool.

The liquid dye is induced to evacuate the fluid reservoir through a nozzle on the cap. Abstract: According to one embodiment, a detachable easel is provided for supporting a portable electronic device in a substantially upright position at a desired viewing angle when the easel is in an open position, and for stowing a wireless keyboard module onto a back surface of the portable electronic device when the easel is in a closed position. In one preferred embodiment, the detachable easel consists of a 3-bar linkage mechanism comprising a first link configured to provide a retaining frame for magnetically adhering to a back surface of the portable electronic device, a second link configured to provide a support frame for supporting the portable electronic device at a number of different viewing angles when the easel is in the open position, and a third link configured to provide a keyboard tray for stowing the wireless keyboard module onto the back surface of the portable electronic device when the easel is in a closed position.

A retrofitted coin-operated locker bank may include a coin-operated locker bank including a multiple lockers having respective doors, where the coin-operated locker bank is free of coin-operated locks. A conduit may be connected to a frame member and extend vertically adjacent to the hinged doors of a column of lockers. Multiple electromechanical lock units may be attached to the conduit so as to replace the coin-operated locks.

Adjusting the front wall to the open position permits pallets loaded with merchandise, including ice bags, to be loaded into the merchandiser with a wheeled lifting device such as a forklift or hand jack. The bottom wall of the merchandiser may be removable, such that the entire floor supporting the pallet may be removed and exchanged through the opened front wall. A roller may be provided on the front wall to help in adjusting the front wall between the open and closed positions.

Abstract: A personal juice extractor system is provided including a blending and pressing apparatus where a user places a container charged with food or beverage or any combination thereof in a container chamber. After the start button is pressed, a blending tool attached to a shaft along with a cover are lowered into the container until the cover seals the open top of the container. The blending tool is axially rotated until a desired consistency is achieved. The cover then presses down on the blended contents, forcing liquid to flow out an outlet in the bottom of the container and into an external cup for consumption. The cover, shaft, and blending tool are retracted and then the container is removed from the container chamber and discarded or cleaned for reuse.

Abstract: A compact filtering and additive delivery system which is readily adaptable to a portable container, such as a sports bottle, and receives a modular additive container for the metered delivery of additive, such as flavor concentrate, to a stream of base liquid as the base liquid is drawn or dispensed from the container. The modular additive container configuration on the delivery system allows a consumer/user to experience different additives, such as different flavors or supplement compositions, for a given supply of base liquid, such as water, stored in the container. The system may be readily used with off-the-shelf containers, such as disposable water bottles. An additive container configuration provides modular additive delivery system as described herein.

Abstract: A filter paper cup for making a beverage pod. The filter paper cup includes a cover and a base (or receptacle). The filter paper cup is formed by forming pleats in walls and a rim around the tops of the wall. Preferably, a heat seal filter paper is used and the pleats in the walls and rim are adhered by the heat to retain the shape. The base in inserted into a pod holder and brewing material is placed into the base. The cover is folded over the rim, and a lid is attached to the pod holder to sandwich the cover and rim to seal the pod. The cover is held taut by the lid of the pod holder to facilitate penetration of the cover by a needle to inject water into the pod.

Abstract: An apparatus for mixing a powder in a liquid includes a cavity for holding a powder, a passageway communicating with the cavity, and a flow actuator for inducing an oscillating gas flow in the passageway. As the gas flow oscillates in the passageway, the powder is drawn into the passageway from the cavity when the gas flows in a first direction during a suction phase, and the powder is expelled from the passageway towards a liquid by synthetic jetting when the gas flows in a second direction opposite the first direction during a blowing phase.
