Abstract: A wiper for wiping a cosmetic applicator, having a first component, in particular a holding section, for fastening the wiper to a cosmetic reservoir, and at least two wiper arms arranged thereon and exhibiting wiping action. The invention aims to provide a wiper, in which the intensity of the wiping and the resistance with which the wiper opposes the withdrawal of the applicator and the actual applicator section are in a favourable ratio to one another, and an actuation from outside in order to achieve a change to the distal diameter of the wiper inside the applicator container is not necessary. Said aim is achieved in that at least one of the wiper arms is fastened by means of at least one hinge to the first component, in particular the holding section.

Abstract: A cap for eyeliner makeup is disclosed with a guide edge that can be used to apply the eye liner. The cap may include a pliable flap with a guide edge, and a beveled section adjacent to the guide edge, and finger indents to assist in holding and positioning the guide edge. The cap may be used to protect an applicator tip of liquid, gel or pencil eyeliner makeup. A method of using a cap for eyeliner makeup is also disclosed.

Abstract: The EZ Mirror has a mirror system connected to a mirror vest by way of a flexible conduit. The mirror system has a central mirror between a left mirror and a right mirror. The left mirror is connected to the central mirror at a left mirror angle and the right mirror is connected to the central mirror at a right mirror angle. In use, the mirror system is held in place behind a user's head by the flexible conduit and mirror vest worn by a user, enabling the user to use both hands while looking into the mirror system of the EZ Mirror when engaged in activities such as cutting or braiding one's hair. The EZ Mirror allows a full view of the sides and back of a user's head without having to move any mirror in the mirror system.

Liquid conveying tubes are in fluidic communication with liquid chambers. A coupling is fluidically connected to the tubes and includes a valve that operates to seal the coupling from the tubes. A drinking tube has a first end that is fluidically connected to the coupling thereby establishing a fluidic connection between the drinking tube and the tubes. A bite valve is connected to a second end of the drinking tube and is operable to allow a user to drink liquid from the chambers. The drinking tube may be secured to a user's wrist by a wrist strap.

Abstract: A bucket holder is presented for mounting to a user's clothing article, such as a belt. The bucket holder comprises a belt portion and a handle portion with an outer wire entrance. A belt portion has a belt slot that configured to place a user's belt through. The handle portion comprises a grip slot that is configured to mount a bucket handle having a wire portion and a grip. The bucket holder is designed to first place the wire portion through the outer wire entrance and then slid the grip into the grip slot. The handle portion further comprises a first wire slot and a second wire slot. The first wire slot configured to hold the wire portion when the outer entrance is facing upward, and the second wire slot configured to hold the bucket holder when the outer wire entrance is facing downward.

Abstract: A mounting assembly 100 for mounting a roller brush 12 onto a cleaning apparatus includes a mounting flange 102 and an end cap 104 interconnected together by extension springs 176 spanning therebetween. The distal end of the idle shaft 106 is fixed to the end cap 104 so that the springs 176 that urge the end cap 104 into engagement with the mounting flange 102 also bias the idle shaft to extend forwardly of the mounting flange while also permitting the idle shaft to retract to facilitate assembly and disassembly of the roller brush with the mounting assembly 100. The bearing interface 108 is designed to permit the projecting proximal end of the idle shaft to tilt upwardly to facilitate engagement with and disengagement from the roller brush 12.

The pillow utilizes one or more of the following features: 1) a dimensionally correct platform for the proper sleep posture of a majority of body types on a wide array of mattress types; 2) A non-crush zone integrated cervical support roll which can be adjusted for extended durations of supportive comfort. (The roll—in and of itself—is unique compared to the standard of care because of its foam densities and its semi-hollowed out section); and 3) A sleep posture platform with a side sleeping position and a back-sleeping position. The pillow standardizes care by placement of the support roll inside a dimensionally correct platform using different materials.

The base member has at least one support part on a top surface thereof. The spherical surface of the seat member is moveably supported by the support part of the base member and is rotated at an arbitrary angle. The vertical frame also contains a recessed compartment for storage of various items. The diaper changing stand is constructed so as to provide for vertical mounting or placement on the surface of a bench, sofa, or similar seating structure. This is accomplished by means of U-brackets secured to the top of the frame and an extendable horizontal support bar that is vertically adjustable.

A spring mechanism is positioned between the support structure and the nut holder housing with the spring mechanism biasing the nut holder housing in a generally upward direction. A nut collection base is mounted to the bottom side of the support structure. As the back door of the nut holder housing opens and the nuts are dispensed therethrough, and into the nut collection base by gravity for retrieval by the user.

Abstract: A multi-component divider including a first divider component and a connection mechanism for a second divider component. The second divider component connects to the first divider component when the first divider component is connected to a base. The second divider component extends above the first divider component, thereby extending the overall height of the divider. The base and multi-component divider can be used in locations where there is limited space between shelves, such as a shelf in a freezer or refrigerated display, or in any application where a higher divider may be preferred, but cannot be installed. The base can additionally include a pusher moveable along a longitudinal direction of the base, wherein the pusher is also adjustable linearly along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the base.

Abstract: A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The one or more dividers may be engaged to a front rail in two different conditions, locked and unlocked. In a locked condition, the relationship between the divider and the front rail resists alteration in any direction with respect to each other. In the unlocked condition, the dividers may be freely slid laterally along the front rail, while remaining perpendicular to the front rail. The one or more dividers may lock to the front rail through the use of corresponding teeth, resilient surfaces, a locking tab, a locking bar and/or a cam.

Abstract: The cupcake holder is a single molded plastic device that has a cup shape at the top and a shaft shaped base that extending down from the cup. A single cupcake can be inserted into the cup for holding the cupcake in an upright position. The shaft of the cupcake holder can be inserted into Styrofoam or like materials to display the cupcake in an upright position. The cupcake holder can be used by itself or with multiple cupcake holders to make a display or arrangement for sale or marketing purposes.
