The processor ranks the competing entities based on the computed overlap rate.

In some embodiments, the invention provides a system for triggering of a model generation for location selection. In this way, the system generates a real-time interactive indication of location selection for the user. Furthermore, a decision tool may be linked to a trusted individual associated with the user and provided upon generation to the individual.

Abstract: The traditional Markowitz mean-variance-optimization (MVO) framework that uses the standard deviation of the possible portfolio returns as a measure of risk does not accurately measure the risk of multi-asset class portfolios whose return distributions are non-Gaussian and asymmetric. A scenario-based conditional value-at-risk (CVaR) approach for minimizing the downside risk of a multi-asset class portfolio is addressed that uses Monte-Carlo simulations to generate the asset return scenarios. These return scenarios are incorporated into a modified Rockafellar-Uryasev based convex programming formulation to generate an optimized hedge. One example addresses hedging in an equity portfolio with options. Testing shows that a hierarchical CVaR approach generates portfolios with better predicted worst case loss, downside risk, standard deviation, and skew.

Abstract: A system for determining risk capacity for portfolio recommendations is provided that includes a user interface that inputs user information and goals. A rules base engine receives the user information and derives risk capacity, wherein the rules base engine provides the user initial portfolio recommendations that are based on the derived risk capacity and goals as well as automatically rebalancing the derived risk capacity as a time horizon approaches.

The plan coordinator receives and reconciles data and then calculates and modifies relevant information for tax purposes and use in reports that are provided to the plan sponsor and balance sheet provider. Calculations and modifications lot tax purposes allow the plan sponsor to reap tax benefits from the NQDC plan swap hedge. The reports include an upcoming transactions report, which indicates new compensation deferrals, reallocations of previously deferred compensation among specified indices, and withdrawals.

Abstract: The disclosure describes a peer-to-peer consensus system and method for maintaining a manipulation resistant updateable shared ledger. The system achieves consensus on a shared ledger between a plurality of peers and prevents double spending in light of network latency, data corruption and intentional manipulation of the system. Consensus is achieved and double spending is prevented via the use of the widest chain metric to choose a single consensus transaction record. A trustable record is also facilitated by allowing stakeholders to elect a set of trusted non-colluding block signers to cooperatively add transactions to the consensus record. The voting mechanism is a real-time auditable stake weighted approval voting mechanism.

The invention generates and builds a sharing request network based on user geographic locations for efficiently and conveniently matching and connecting users to one another and third party systems. Furthermore, the system generates a knowledge sharing advice database, since aging individuals typically have professional or personal experiences. The cellular M2M device has a subscriber identification module (SIM) to uniquely identify the pallet with which it is associated in a cellular network. The M2M device receives and transmits data about the products on the pallet, as the pallet moves through the supply chain. The supply chain data is also used to provide an electronic supply chain pedigree for a product shipped on the pallet. The product supply chain pedigree is made available to a consumer in a structured format, in order to influence the consumer's purchasing decisions.

The display control unit may include at least one or more pixel processing pipelines, a control unit, and a pixel buffer. The control unit may be configured to monitor the amount of data in the pixel buffer and set the priority of pixel fetch requests according to the amount of data in the pixel buffer. If the control unit determines that an inter frame period will occur within a given period of time, the control unit may prevent the priority of pixel fetch requests from being escalated if the amount of data in the pixel buffer falls below a threshold. The control unit may also be configured to fill the buffers of the display control unit with as much data as possible during the inter frame period.

Abstract: A system and method of providing composite real-time dynamic imagery of a medical procedure site from multiple modalities which continuously and immediately depicts the current state and condition of the medical procedure site synchronously with respect to each modality and without undue latency is disclosed. The composite real-time dynamic imagery may be provided by spatially registering multiple real-time dynamic video streams from the multiple modalities to each other. Spatially registering the multiple real-time dynamic video streams to each other may provide a continuous and immediate depiction of the medical procedure site with an unobstructed and detailed view of a region of interest at the medical procedure site at multiple depths. A user may thereby view a single, accurate, and current composite real-time dynamic imagery of a region of interest at the medical procedure site as the user performs a medical procedure.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generation of images of a particular type from images of a different type are disclosed. In an embodiment, an agricultural intelligence computer system receives a first plurality of images of a first type and a second plurality of images of a second type. The first and second types may refer to variances in resolution, frequency ranges of frequency bands, and/or types of frequency bands used to generate the images. Based on the first plurality of images and the second plurality of images, the agricultural intelligence computer system generates a feature set dictionary comprising mappings from features of the first plurality of images to features of the second plurality of images. When the agricultural intelligence computer system receives a particular image of the first type, the agricultural intelligence computer system uses the received image and the feature set dictionary to generate an image of the second type.
