Abstract: An improved design and method is disclosed for constructing a sliding joint that constrains motion along or about one or more axes or directions and allows motion with low friction along or about a different axes or direction. The design simplifies the fabrication and assembly of sliding joints requiring accurate sliding alignment with minimal clearance between sliding members, such as milling machine bases, saddles, tables and columns. The design also enables driving means, such as those commonly found in machine tools using a leadscrew and nut, to be fabricated with essentially zero backlash at a very low cost. Finally, the design enables bearing surfaces to be reformed after they have worn without the need for disassembly of components. This allows for complete recovery of the original precisely guided configuration without the need to disassemble a machine.

A method for producing a fluororesin film, which comprises extruding a fluororesin material containing a melt-processable fluororesin through an extruder die, wherein the temperature of the extruder die is from 305 to 355° C., and the average flow velocity v0.95 of the fluororesin material as obtained by v0.95=Q0.95/A0.95, is at least 1×10?4 m/sec. Here, when the distance from the flow inlet 22 of the extruder die to the end of the manifold 24 of the extruder die is set to be x=1, Q0.95 is the flow rate (m3/sec) of the fluororesin material flowing in the manifold 24 at a position of x=0.95 from the flow inlet 22, and A0.95 is the cross-sectional area (m2) of the manifold 24 at a position of x=0.95 from the flow inlet 22.

The sheet passes through a nip formed between the second roll and a continuous belt looped around a third roll and a fourth roll. The belt comprises an embossing pattern of optical element shapes that is an inverse pattern of optical element shapes to be embossed at a first major surface of the sheet. The sheet remains in contact with the second roll until the sheet passes through the nip, where the pattern of optical element shapes on the belt is embossed into the first major surfaces of the sheet. Abstract: Disclosed is a photo-curing 3D printer comprising a storage unit for accommodating liquid photosensitive resin and a light source disposed underneath the storage unit. Wavelength of light rays emitted by the light source is 420˜460 nm. A bottom of the storage unit is configured to display a pattern composed of a shielding area for shielding the light rays and a transmissive area for passing-through of the light rays. In addition, the disclosure provides a 3D printing method. Due to the limitations of photopolymerization initiators and the LCD display unit currently available, it was unexpected to complete photo-curing 3D printing with a light source with 420˜460 nm wavelength. It is unexpected that a photo-curing 3D printer as provided in the present application not only can ensure the service life of the LCD display unit but also that the curing efficiency is significantly higher than existing devices.
